Update: May 25, 2020 @ 10:57am

A small glitch with the earlier upload today meant that six unit icons were missing - this has now been fixed.

Update: May 25, 2020 @ 8:35am

The governors have been completely revamped; with new (and original) portraits, there are now eight governors, whose promotions have been re-sorted, with a massive help from Sailor Cat's Gajah Mada and ChimanG's Imhotep (who appears as he does in ChimpanG's mod).

Warfare Expanded is now a required mod to run alongside Anno Domini - Warfare Expanded for Anno Domini has been demised and the units placed directly in the mod, with the exception of the Rail Chariot, which will come next month. The 'Barbarian' element has not been placed in the mod, by request, and I will endeavour to make this a game mode that can be switched on or off in the near future.

The various game speeds have been rescaled to fit within the Anno Domini timeframe, which currently ends at 400AD.

There are some new City-States, principally filling up the Industrial and Cultural City-States roster - there were less of those types previously than the others.

Two popular civilizations outside of Anno Domini, namely the Sassanids and Hittites, have been added to the 'compatible' list - meaning that if you have them active, they will appear in Anno Domini...and their UUs/UBs etc will match the Anno Domini timeline.

The icon issue that seems to have been caused by the latest Civilization VI patch has been fixed.

The 'Disrupt Rocketry' command has been removed from the spy's actions. I'm not sure if this will fix the issue people had with the spies.

Replaced some text that had 'Ancient' and 'Classical' eras with Anno Domini eras.

Added Historical Moments for 'Tribal Council' and 'Tyranny' governments...they're not award winners, but are okay as placeholders!

More players have moved to the four-jersey system.

Improved existing player colours.

Improved icons - including unit icons, civilization icons, and Gobekli Tepe.

Resolved the issue with Brigantia and Iceni citizen names.

The Barbarian Guard upgrades to the Doryphorus, if captured.

Resolved the issue with the Shrine and the Temple not being visible in the Holy Site.

The Thermopolium becomes a Pottery district building.

The School moves to 'Cuniform' and becomes an Elder District building...giving science a much-needed mini-boost.

The Campus has moved to 'Writing'.

The Elder's house moves to 'Calendar' and now has +2 culture, +1 housing and +1 food.

The Lumber Mill has moved to 'Logistics' - it was too late in the tech tree previously.

'Woodworking' will now allow chopping of both Forest and Rainforest.

As part of the revamp, the Punt, Nabataea, Palmyra, Garamantes and Carthage, along with leaders Antonius Pius and Commodus have been taken out of the base game...but they will return when a New Dawn arrives in Anno Domini, on June 21st 2020.

Update: May 14, 2020 @ 10:18pm

-Moved the Granary back to the City Centre. The Granary being in the Pottery District was the cause of the persistent crash with the saved games I'd been sent and tested.
-More leaders move onto the 'four jersey' system.
-Hemiolia is now a naval melee unit; it was incorrectly set up previously and now it's role within the game - faster but weaker than the Naves actuaria (available with Warfare Expanded for Anno Domini) - is more like it's historical role.
-Removed Francis Drake as a Great Admiral - he grants a free Privateer, which isn't in Anno Domini, and may have caused a crash.

Update: May 5, 2020 @ 9:17pm

Compatibility for three of Gedemo's alternative leaders - Ashoka of India, Ramesses II of Egypt and Julius Caesar of Rome. If you have any of these leaders in your Steam downloads folder, the mod will detect them and add them to the game.

Doryphorus graphics updated. Also, some shield graphics (for the Greek shields) have been updated and some new designs added.

The Pyramid of Argolis (Argos) and the Funerary Towers (Palmyra) did not allow players to build missionaries. This has now been corrected.

Update: May 3, 2020 @ 11:38am

- Removed congress votes and emergencies that do not fit the Anno Domini World.
- Changed Tech/Civic tree era backgrounds (three eras use the Nile scenario backgrounds).
- Added "Anno Domini" gamespeed which keeps the years in the Anno Domini era.
- Buildings/cities/units retain an ancient look throughout the mod.

Update: Apr 30, 2020 @ 6:58am

Buildings: Actual (custom-made) buildings are now visible in the districts, and there are new icons to reflect the custom-made buildings.
Districts: Added the Elder's district, Urban district, Agora district and Patrician's district; updated the Pottery district and the Precinct of Amun-Ra; the Satrap's court has been taken out of the game - for now.
Units: Resolved unit asset issues; the Eqeta has had a visual makeover; the War Elephant now has a crew; the Onager has been added to the siege unit line; the builder is now available with "Basic Tools"; some units now have a resource cost.
Leaders: Demosthenes is a new leader for Argos; the original Zenobia has been replaced with Merrick's Zenobia; Apophis' leaderhead graphicss have been updated; more leaders use the four-jersey system.
General: Punt tribal hut is now represented by the Mekewap graphics (temporarily); Cattle Ranch taken out of the game; added six pantheons from Gedemo; Messages are now visible, not half-visible at the top of the screen; Chief hut now available in all cities, but as the Elder's house in the Elder's district and slightly less effective; Camp Improvement moved to Animal Husbandry.

Update: Mar 30, 2020 @ 12:06pm

Iceni's Shrine of Andraste moved to Ritual
Iceni civilization trait has the "Train builders in half the usual time" trait added to it
More leaders have been moved to the "four jersey" colour system
Nineveh was being called "Nimrud" - so Assyria had two cities called "Nimrud" and no Nineveh - this is now fixed
Corrected the Ithaca trait - previously the entering Ocean tiles at Celestial Navigation wasn't working, but it is now

Update: Mar 28, 2020 @ 9:25am

Telesilla is added as a new alternative leader for Argos
The Punt tribal hut is now in-game (no longer a red exclamation mark)
Argos no longer have the Agora district, but instead have the Pyramid of Argolis unique building (due to graphics issues, the shrine model is currently being used)

Districts that were red exclamation marks have had standard artwork assigned to them as follows:
Akkad's Sapitu district uses the standard Encampment graphics
Assyria's E'mar Ta district uses the standard Neighbourhood graphics

Improvements that were red exclamation marks have had standard artwork assigned to them as follows:
Palmyra's Funery Towers uses the standard Ziggaurat graphics
Garamantes' Foggera uses the standard Stepwall graphics

Units that were not being displayed correctly have been fixed as follows:
Punt's unique unit (which has been renamed "Ababhulaya" and is a Heavy Slinger rather than a spear thrower
Palmyra's Clibinarii
Argyraspides
Elephantarchia

Nabataea's Caravanserai is no longer a Unique Improvement, but instead a Unique District (a renamed Suguba to be honest!)
