Rebalance Patch 3

● Hunter - Aimed Shot: (9) Hunters - Knockback distance decreased from 2 grids to 1 grid
● Undead - Plague: (9) Undeads - Max HP reduction interval decreased from 3s to 2.5s
● Puck - Illusionary Orb: Blind effect removed. Magical damage increased from 150/200/250 to 200/250/300
● Pudge: Armor increased from 4 to 6
● Medusa: Base damage decreased from 65 to 37 and -50% on split shot removed
● Necronomicon: Base duration of necro warrior and archer increased from 3s to 5s, Health multiplier of necro warrior increased from 50 to 60, base damage of necro archer increased from 80 to 100

● Ascetics Cap: Chance for reborn is now dynamic, higher cost pieces have lower chance for reborn. Chance for reborn from $1-$5 varies from 80% to 40%
● Marci - Unleash: Magical damage increased from 50/75/125 to 100/150/250, radius increased from 128/256/384 to 200/300/400. Strikes decreased from 4/5/6 times per 1.75 secs to 3/4/5 times per 2 secs
● Arc Warden: Base Health increased from 850 to 900, attack interval decreased from 1.1 to 1.0, attack range increased from 400 to 600
