- small changes to the Clan of Saar to go along with the habitat changes: Asteroid habitats are now even cheaper (but also start at Size 4), they still have to research normal habitats but now get it as a research option from the start

- a lot of event fixes and clean-ups
- added unique Origin for the Saar (Asteroid Habitats, can adapt to planetary environments)
- added unique Origin for the Muaat (still experimental)
- brute-force fix to keep the AI from deleting the Planetary Shield on Mecatol Rex
- added first iteration of the "discover past -> find Mecatol -> forge future" event chain
- changed most special buildings on Age of Dusk planets into deposits
- changed how the Saar Pops on Age of Dusk planets spawn
- changed Letnev to use a modified humanoid_05 species (now in blue)
- added fallback versions so there are always all 17 TI empires available, even with no DLC
- added a global message once Mecatol Rex is conquered

- you also gain diplo weight for controlling Mecatol Rex

- conquering Mecatol Rex is now handled via events as 2.3 totally broke the previous system based on country_type
