Tweaks to the clutter generation

-reduced density in forests where over-dense to help increase fps on low end pcs
-reduced density in fields to help increase fps on low end pcs / help make fields look a bit less unnatural (note there are multiple types of fields in dayz which this mod also takes into account)
-small tweaks to the clutter textures to help blending further at most times of day

A few more itterations may happen in the future based on feedback / criticism (crying will be ignored)
