Range Reduced from 1800 to 1600 (was originally 1200)
Reduced Bounces to 6 to 3 and added 10% damage reduction on bounce

Experimenting, might revert:
Fountains attack range improved from 1200 to 1800
Fountain now has moon glaives, its attacks bounce 6 times with no damage reduction per bounce
These changes are made to address Fountain camping
