Increased Wards Timer from 4 minutes to 8 minutes. If you dont use a ward in your inventory within 8 minutes they get returned to fountain area

Attempt to fix neutral item duplicating issue

If players hold onto wards for too long they will be teleported back to base (Anti-troll)
Fixed error when netural items would get duplicated
Unwanted neutral items will now teleport to the neutral items stash automatically
Added scroll bar to neutral items shop so you can see all of them
Updated neutral items to latest version (Removed some items, updated drop rate, 4 items per tier instead of 3)

Fixed Meepo having longer respawn time
Fixed duplication bug with neutral items dropping mechanic
Increased passive gold per second by 1

Worked on dropping neutral items mechanic
Increased base courier speed by 200

Removed the old gold per minute fix, in effect cutting in half the amount of passive gold

Testing version 2.0 of sharing neutral items mechanic

Testing new mechanic so players can easily drop neutral items at base if they dont want

All players now have couriers (Supporters still have instant item transfer). This might create bugs, please report any if you encounter them.
