• Fixed various script errors including some issues with perks

• Monkey King's tree protection now only applies when allies try to cut it down using Quelling Blade and Battle Fury

THE BOT PROBLEM
• It's taken us a while to find any solution to the bot problem but we've finally managed to get one to work
• Games will now go to the ban/pick phase 2 minutes after the server is opened
• Players who don't connect before the end of the pick phase will get a random hero
• Bots will be ignored and will no longer send players back to the lobby when they don't connect to a game
• Unfortunately it's not within our power to ban or remove the bots, contact Valve if you would like that to happen
• Please let us know if there's any bugs with our new system through Discord or the in-game feedback and chat

PERK BALANCE:
• Tinkerer now affects cooldown reduction values
• Tinkerer no longer affects Fallen Sky's burn and stun durations, Book of Shadow's duration, Ogre Seal Totem's bounce distance, Dragon Scale's duration, Dagger of Ristul's health consumed and Pig Pole's duration

• Fixed players dropping neutral items on the ground causing the server to crash

SPECTRE:
• Haunt's cooldown decreased from 220/200/180 --> 210/190/170
• Haunt's duration decreased from 5/6/7 --> 4/4.5/5
• Shadow Step's cooldown decreased from 60 --> 50
• Shadow Step's duration decreased from 5/6/7 --> 4/4.5/5
• Dispersion's min/max radius decreased from 400/800 --> 300/600

FIXES:
• Fixed the random hero button being visible during the banning phase
• Fixed Aegis sometimes not working on Meepo
• Fixed neutral items being duplicated when players abandon
