ECONOMY:
• Lane creep gold/xp bounty increased by 50%
• Global gold multiplier is now a flat 1.5x instead of starting at 1x and increasing to 2.5x over the course of 60 minutes

PERKS:
• Gold perks now give gold over the course of 5 minutes
• Gold perks increased from 300/600/1200/2400 --> 400/800/1600/3200
• Manaburn perks rescaled from 15/30/60/120 --> 5/10/20/40 + 1/2/4/8 per level

FOUNTAIN:
• The Fountain's Moon Glaive bounces increased from 2 --> 5
• The Fountain's Moon Glaive bounce range decreased from 700 --> 500
• The Fountain's Fury Swipes damage per stack increased from 1 --> 5

FIXES:
• Fixed item stats sometimes not applying until re-equipped after being instantly delivered
• Fixed Tinkerer perks increasing Fallen Sky's damage cooldown
• Fixed spectators not being able to see perks in the scoreboard

CHANGES/FIXES:
• Disabled the Ceeeeeeeeeeb voiceline
• Fixed Tinkerer perks incorrectly affecting Havoc Hammer and Eye of the Vizier

• Fixed the game not being able to start

• Fixed the kick troll scoreboard button only being visible for Supporters

SCOREBOARD CHANGES:
• The kick troll item is being replaced by a red target button in the scoreboard. For now using the kick troll item will direct players to use the scoreboard option instead.
• Separated the mute player button into mute voice and mute text buttons
• Generally improved the scoreboard's readability and appearance

• Updated Rearm to 7.32 values and functionality
• Fixed keybinds sometimes breaking
• Fixed Magician perks not affecting talents that grant abilities an AoE (for example Legion Commander's 250 AoE Press The Attack talent)

• Tinkerer perks no longer affect Telescope's scan cooldown reduction
• Fixed Tempest Double getting fountain invulnerability when created
• Fixed spectators not being able to see perks in the scoreboard

Tier 1:
• Added Seeds of Serenity, Lance of Pursuit, Occult Braclet
• Removed Ocean Heart, Ironwood Tree and Faded Broach
Tier 2:
• Added Eye of the Vizier, Specialist's Array and Dagger of Ristul
• Removed Essence Ring, Fae Genade and Quicksilver Amulet
Tier 3:
• Added Ogre Seal Totem
• Removed Orb of Destruction
Tier 4:
• Added Havoc Hammer
• Removed the Leveller

BALANCE:
• Updated Venomous Gale's Plague Ward talent to only spawn 1 Plague Ward per hero hit

• Fixed the neutral item bugs and re-enabled the first 22nd of August update
