Bugfix
--Booster Packs option now grants 45 Ships (not 40).

Bug Fix:
--Safer Galaxy option will now properly exclude any hazardous systems from the top Player x 2 Systems in the Stack.
--fixed the button description for Exploration Setup. The descriptions now properly describe what the buttons represent.

Bug Fixes:

--Vulcan Advancement: Writings of Kir'Shara should now auto generate resources correctly during Recharge. (+1 to you and +1 to your Trade partner with an ambassador for each TA you hold).

--Vulcan Advancement: Vulcan Monastaries should now correctly scan connected space lanes for ships. If none are found, +1 Culture! The script will print the scan results into chat when it scans for Ships near Monastaries.

New (fan-made) Faction: Orion Syndicate (from Mattias)

Bug Fixes:
--Federation Advancement: Orbital Laboratories now properly generates Research during Recharge.
--Federation Advancement: Multicultural Collaboration now properly generates Research during Recharge (and gives 1 to each Rival with a trade agreement).
--Cardassian Advancement: Labor Camps now properly generates Production during Recharge.
--Cardassian Overseer Fleet now works again during recharge.

--standardized many of image resolutions. Reduced images data size total from 500MB to around 80MB. Should be easier to load the mod and not use so many resoruces.
--standardized all card resolutions to 350x500.
--standardized all system disc to a resolution of 500x500.
--fixed a few typos on Advancement cards.

--fixed bug where Borg Exploration cards were not being excluded from games that do not Include the Borg.
--Added Darkman551's Exploration cards. you can choose to include/exclude them during setup.
--Added Dominion Components and some scripting. They should be playable, but are not done yet.

--bug fixed: After reloading a saved game, resource + buttons broke.
--bug fixed: After reloading, notecards lost their OK button.
--Andorian Pride: the game now automatically handles Andorian Pride.
--updated Terran Area graphic
--updated Terran Turn Card. It now has Invasion option.
--Terran Advancements are now hidden when flipped face down (like all others).
--re-aligned shield and weapon sliders to better line up with their control panels.

--last 2 updates added the buttons for the Command Phase side of Player Turn Cards.
--Clicking Hegemony will exhaust the command and spend the 1st culture, then roll 1 die.
If the player click successful, the 2nd Culture will be spent. (often forgotten in my games).
--Clicking Launch Projects will draw to project cards automatically and exhaust 1 Command.
--clicking the other actions will announce them to other players and exhaust the Command(s).
