MEC Trooper tech should now obey limitations assigned by Unintegrated Shen's Last Gift mod.

SPARK armour and weapons should now be available if MEC troopers are made available first.

Non-Skirmisher Hybrids are now viable candidates for MEC trooper augmentation.
