Quick Fix

- Fixes Resized DM/AE tier XL tech not having icons. These are one of the last things I did, so I forgot about them lol.

Major Update!

- Punishment and Exterminatus now have proper gfx and icons, Crisies will also now use Punishment.

- Dark Matter and AE-Tier ship weapons and components have been added!

- A Mod Menu is now implemented, allowing players to enable/disable features at will.

- Makes Original Empire from SOFE uses Punishment instead of Exterminatus because otherwise too cruel.

- All FE buildings can now also be built from scratch as well as from upgrading.

- Fixes Synth Soldier having incorrect name. Also makes them trainable from bio-pops as well, as these are supposed to be both cyborgs/synths.

- Fixed Exterminatus not properly blowing up ringworlds and habitats. Additionally, pacifist and xenophile AE will no longer use Exterminatus, while Xenophobe, Militarist, Genocidal Empires and Original Empire will always use it.

- Fixed Enigmatic Sensors giving you minerals instead of costing them.

- Fixed missing combat computers for FE ships and towers.

- Fixed various tech requiring incorrect fields (Thank god for cwtools for pointing this out)

- Fixed some minor other issues.

- Localisation has been revisited and rechecked (3rd Edition - 8/13/2018)

- Addes Hull Upgrade Technologies to all FE ships similarly to pleb ship's hull upgrades.

- Adds a new FE Ship-unique thruster, making it vastly better than all vanilla thrusters and slightly better than ESC's final thrusters. This thruster is only usable on FE ships, transports and civilian ships. They cannot be salvaged by plebs.

- Adds a new FE-tier sensors that are superior to other sensors.

- All weapon core aux slots now cost no power, but eats 100 minerals. Also now provides 35% bonus (Up From 25%)

- Fixes some localisation errors.
