- cav units require 10 horses instead of 1 (online speed) (includes cossacks and rough riders)
- river goddess only works on improved tiles along a river now
- divine inspiration belief reduced to +6 faith per wonder
- retinues and force modernization policy cards apply resource discount to unit production
- strategic resources (niter and later) provide 1 per turn when revealed

Civilizations
- Arabia gets last prophet again (on top of +1 prophet point per turn after astrology)
- Arabian Mamluk's now upgrade to Cuirassier
- Egypt gets +1 food on all floodplains
- Egypt production towards wonders and districts along rivers increased to 25%
- Hungary only gets 1 envoy from levying city-state units
- Hungary's Black Army UU only gets +2 combat per adjacent levied unit
- Korea back to 3% science and culture per gov title
- Korea Seowon gets 0 adjacency from theater instead of +1
- still +1 culture adjacency to theaters next to Seowons
Pantheons and Religious Beliefs
- Divine Inspiration now +8 Faith per wonder
- Work Ethic now gives +2 production per shrine and +4 production per temple
- Lady of the Reeds and Marshes now applies to all floodplains and even to marsh wonders
- Sacred Path gives +1 faith adjacency from rainforests AND woods now
- Initiation Rites gives 25% of a military land units base combat strength in Faith
- Fertility Rites gives +1 food to cattle, sheep, wheat, and rice tiles
- River Goddess gives +1 faith to tiles adjacent to rivers
- all worship buildings production costs reduced to 120 (standard speed)

- all cavalry units use horses and horse maintenance instead of niter
- all air units get -10 combat and -10 ranged/bombard combat
