- Nerfed Rome (no free monuments and lowered Legion Strength)
- Nerfed Ventian Arsenal (+20% production to naval units in all cities instead of an extra naval unit in 1 city)
- Nerfed Mausoleum (retire Admirals/Generals twice instead of Admirals/Engineers)
- Fixed a couple of text errors (defender/crusader had incorrect bonus show in text)

- Fixed Korea's Seowon Text (still said +1 base science yields when it is actually +2)
- Changed Defender of the Faith to +4 and Crusader to +6

Nerf'd Sumerian Carts carts ever so slightly more (i.e. same combat strength as heavy chariots, which is 28 instead of 30)

- over-nerfed Zulu, so gave +3 Corps/Army combat bonus back
- Nubia Pitati Archer nerf was bugged, took away +5 dmg and put maintenance back at 1

added more balances... still have a few entries that need testing

- Classical great generals give +3 instead of +5 (need to update text to reflect this)
- Wonders are only worth 10 score instead of 15
- Persia surprise war bonuses of domestic trade gold and unit movement set to +1 instead of +2 (still 10 turns)
- Nubia Archers are 2 maintenance instead of 1
- Nubia ranged units get +20% production instead of +50%
- Nubia ranged units get +25% combat experience instead of +50%
- Russia gets 4 extra tiles when founding a new city instead of 8
- Cossacks base strength reduced 5 to 62 (same as calvalry)
