- gran colombia commandantes movement bonus returned
- cree scouts reverted to unmodded state due to XP changes
- encampment/harbor/aerodome buildings give +50% XP to units trained in them (airport +75%)
- condemning a religious unit does 50 damage to it
- number of religions allowed reverted to unmodded state
- missionary vision radius reverted to unmodded state
- crusader to +5 (was +3 without condemn and was +7 with full kill condemn)
- discipline policy card now gives +10 combat strength to units fighting barbarians
- catherine the magnificent's special court festival project numbers nerfed to 25 from 60
- not sure what the right number here should really be but it was obvious this was broken af

- dromon's reverted to base game (+10)
- feed the world housing bug fixed (was still giving 2 housing)
- removed condemn button
- reduced apostle promotion power levels
- debator now +10 combat instead of 20
- reduces 25% of other religious pressure instead of 75%
- double strength in foreign cities instead of triple
- reduce amount of pressure from killing units to 150 from 250
- inquisitors reduction of foreign religion reduced to 25% from 50%
- missionairies have only 1 vision instead of 2

- gaul mined resources startbiases set to tier 3 instead of 2 so he has less chance to land coastal
