- Only 1 rank enabled
- ONLY functions with the following powers as of this test:
--- Lucent Beam: All ranks

The skill will be expanded if testing reveals no issues.

ASTRONOMY >> COSMIC BOLTS
- This skill has been removed and replaced with a new skilled called Microcosm. Points in Cosmic Bolts will automatically roll over to this new skill

ASTRONOMY >> MICROCOSM (test phase only)
- Replaces Cosmic Bolts
- Summons an expanding galaxy that spins around the caster
- Still has a lot of work to be done.

PHYSICS >> INERTAL RELIC
- No longer requires charge to use (this was actually changed a few versions back, but was not part of the announcement)
- Fixed a bug at rank 15 that caused the bonus speed and chance to fully heal when hit to remain active after the power is discontinued

ASTRONOMY >> LUCENT BEAM
- The critical hit bonus component of this power has a new particle effect

- Fixed a bug at rank 1 that caused the Poison chance to be 20% instead of 15% like all other ranks

ASTRONOMY >> MOON AND SUN
- The Moon Fragment portion of this power has a new particle and sound effect.
- Moon Fragement now has a 100% chance to Freeze enemies for 2 seconds.

ASTRONOMY >> LUCENT BEAM
- When this spell Critically Hits, it now delivers a burst of Ice Damage. This can trigger up to once per second. The burst damage is currently identical to the Embermage Ice Brand, but may change.

PHYSICS >> HOLY VECTOR
- Small update to particle effects. Still not where I want it but getting better
- This skill now provides 30% resistance to all damage types during the teleport phase of the power.

PHYSICS >> ALL POWERS
- Work is ongoing for a new feature that affects several powers in this tree. You will see references to an ability called "Electric Halo." It is not yet ready to release but remnants exist in the code, as can be seen in several Electric spell descriptions. Details coming soon.

PHYSICS >> VOLTAIC CRUSADER
- Discovered that bosses highly resist -Speed abilities. They were removed, and replaced with -Damage.

BIOLOGY >> ANAEROBIC ACOLYTES
- I have made multiple attempts to allow this power to work with Genesis. The battle is ongoing, but for now you'll notice a partially implemented chance to generate a Genesis creature when you cast this spell.

BIOLOGY >> LITANY OF QUILLS
- Drastically improved the Life Steal to Master affix that appears at the Tier 1 bonus
- Life Steal to Master now adjusts for player level

This update features several buffs to some underperforming skills and a nerf/rebalance to Cosmic Bolts to make it perform more rationally. Cosmic Bolts in particular is still being looked at to balance its functionality in light of these changes. On the whole, players who were using ONLY Cosmic Bolts will likely feel the nerf, those using a mix of Cosmic + other spells will feel like the other spells have more purpose than before. Further buffs are likely as I mess around with how these changes impact the class and move toward finalizing the Tier 7 power in Astronomy.



BIOLOGY >> DNA HEX
- Something has caused this skill to break. Cause not yet identified. No ETA yet on a fix.

BIOLOGY >> INSECT PLAGUE
- Nudged the breakout threshold of this skill's animation, allowing you to break out of the animation somewhat faster than before. Should hopefully somewhat lower the risk of using this skill.
- Increased damage of this spell by roughly x3

PHYSICS >> CONDUCTIVE STRIKE
- Reworked tier 1 bonus: If you hit at least one enemy with the initial burst of this spell, you are (virtually) immune to damage for 3 seconds.
- The previous tier 1 bonus (all armor debuff) now applies to all ranks

PHYSICS >> VOLTAIC CRUSADER
- The knockback resist, slow resist, and miss chance have been removed
- Now debuffs enemy attack and cast speed by 2% per rank, up to 30%
- Now drastically lowers enemy crit damage
- Known issue (with Synergies): the crit bonus is not enough because the Synergies mod already removed critting. Debating options.

PHYSICS >> ATOMIC BLESSING
- Heal amounts of this skill have been doubled

PHYSICS >> MAGENTIC SERMON
- Clarified that this skill both debuffs enemy resistance and their attacks

PHYSICS >> KINETIC FLURRY
- Buffed chance to crit from 2% per rank to 3% per rank

ASTRONOMY >> COSMIC BOLTS
- This skill no longer increases in damage with each additional rank
- Instead, it lowers Ice Resist
- No longer has the shield buff
- Spinning planetoids no longer deliver damage

ASTRONOMY >> NOVA
- This skill inherited the shield from Cosmic Bolts
- The shield is applied when an enemy is killed by the spell
- Damage has substantially increased

ASTRONOMY >> CELESTIAL BLAST
- Sped up cast speed at all ranks by 15%

- Increased the healing power of this ability by about x2.5
- Note that the heals do not stack with themselves (although recasting it will extend the duration. Eg: If 1 second has passed and you recast, the total duration is 1 + 3 = 4 seconds.)
- Preview text for this power's next range is still not fixed (e.g. before you take the power it will list "0" as the healing amount). Likely won't be fixed until a final step. The preview text for your current rank of the power should be correct.

- Reduced cooldown from 15 seconds to 12 seconds

- Reduced base healing amount by 50% but increased duration from 3 seconds to 7

ASTRONOMY >> EXALTED AMMO
- This skill no longer grants Strength based on Dexterity. It is now a flat amount.
- Now has a chance to break shields
- Now has the ability to proc Divine Intervention on strike, even if you haven't been hit.

ASTRONOMY >> MOON AND SUN
- Mana returns from this spell hae been cut in half. However, the mana returns also now apply to all friendly team members within 10 meters
- Changed damage type of beam procs from Electric to Ice

PHYSICS >> Voltaic Sentinel
- No longer grants +Physical armor
- New bonus: Improves chance of enemies within 6 meters to miss. Effectively, this works like a Dodge bonus that only applies to enemies you keep nearby

BIOLOGY >> GENESIS
- (These changes are a few days old but undocumented in that release)
- Increased chance of proccing
- Increased duration of pets from 20 seconds to 30
- Now massively debuffs Poison armor if an enemy is nearby when an egg is lain

ASTRONOMY >> SEQUESTER
- You now lose only half your resistance when an enemy is inside the field (instead of all of it)

PHYSICS >> ELECTRON VEIL
- The resistance bonus applies as long as the enemy is within 6 meters (increased from 4 meters). This is somewhat bigger than the particle effect of this spell.

- Added a debuff (all armor types) that strips a percentage of the target's armor. This debuff ticks at a rate of approximately once every 1.5 seconds (same as the stun pulse).
- The armor debuff is stackable with itself. It is possible to completely strip a target's armor if it remains in the debuff zone long enough.
- Fixed a bug that caused this spell to actually have 16 ranks instead of 15.

- Now grants a 2% chance to critically hit per rank for 2 seconds after casting
