It's been a long time since I've had time to work with the Theol class. Been a wild ride. Thanks everyone for your support over the pasyear and a half.

- Updated text to match live version of this spell
- This spell officially only functions with 3 scrolls (see text descriptions)
- Took the "test" label off of this spell

GENERAL
- Thanks to TwinkleToes for some new icons. I have not had a chance to implement all of them yet
- Twinkle also helped point out some bugs and general fixes


GENERAL
- The class is now officially in Beta test. What does this mean exactly? Not a whole lot, except powers are slightly less likely to shift dramatically and I am slightly more focused on damage numbers/balance than before.


GENERAL >> EPIPHANY
- Fixed a bug that caused this proc to function as an AoE instead of striking a single target
- Increased the armor values enemies use to defend against this proc from 8% to 20%
- There is an issue with this power I need to wrestle with involving whether to scrap it completely or modify it somehow. it is possible it may disappear from future builds simply because fixing it would require everyone to reroll.


BIOLOGY >> LITANY OF QUILLS
- Upped damage at all ranks


BIOLOGY >> INTELLIGENT DESIGN
- New particle effects
- In multiplayer this skill should hopefully no longer affect teammate's pets
- Increased the run speed bonus of this power by about 30%


BIOLOGY >> INSECT PLAGUE
- Lowered the amount of enemy armor that applies to this power from 100% to 20%.


BIOLOGY >> PHOTOSYNTHETIC AMMO
- The proc that appears at rank 5/tier 1 that causes a burst of Poison damage when enemies are already immobilized now ignores enemy armor entirely


ASTRONOMY >> STAR SMITE
- FINALLY seem to have figured out how to fix the bug that caused Star Smite to always activate the first time you cast a channeled spell, even if you had no ranks in it


ASTRONOMY >> NOVA
- Made another go of fixing the damage numbers and mana cost. This is not an easy task because there is no working model for an existing spell similar to this in the game. Please bear with me.
- Although damage numbers are lowered, also reduced the amount the enemy armor can reduce damage of the skill.
- Removed references to this spell "casting an absorb shield when the enemy dies." It was actually coded to do this, but it never worked.
- Changed Chance to Interupt to Chance to Stun
- I'm still unsure about the amount of damage this power does and, given the history of this power will probably have to review it again


ASTRONOMY >> MICROCOSM
- Enemies standing in the sun no longer get any armor reduction from its damage
- Fixed a bug at rank 15 that set the cooldown to 3 seconds instead of 30 seconds


ASTRONOMY >> LUCENT BEAM
- Fixed a bug that allowed multiple enemies to get hit by the Critical Hit proc at once


ASTRONOMY >> SKY PROPHECY
- Bow version: Fixed a bug that caused this power to convey effects in the exact opposite way to what is described by the power. It now correctly only conveys effects on the first burst


PHYSICS >> KINETIC FLURRY
- Cleaned up some display issues that appeared at certain ranks
- Changed Tier 3 bonus from "cuts through armor more easily" to "Can cast a second Kinetic Flurry immediately after the first before cooldown applies"


PHYSICS >> IONIC BAPTISM
- Corrected an oversight that allowed you to get both the ranged and melee effects if you had a melee and ranged weapon in each hand


PHYSICS >> HOLY VECTOR
- Dropped damage overall. It's still pretty decent.Too decent? If that was easy to tell it wouldn't keep changing between updates. :)

- Slightly nerfed rate of the crit proc from max 2 times per second to max 1 time per second. Mainly affects high end characters with very high crit chance.

GENERAL
- Fixed a bug accidentally introduced in a recent patch that could result in quest rewards breaking for the 4 standard classes, resulting in players of those classes to have to force-quit

PHYSICS >> GODSPEED
- Thank you to user cctobias for pointing out a potential fix for this power's trigger off of Godspeed. It should now consistently function when called as a proc from Electric Halo
- Related to above, the icon for this buff has been restored so that you can see when it is active
- Fixed a bug at rank 12 that caused the stat value to reset itself

PHYSICS >> ELECTRIC HALO
- Cast some voodoo on the particle effects to prevent to force lightning bolts to fire when you re-apply this skill but a buffer is already active
- Particle effects no longer play after using the new animation for Heaven's Gate or using a power that causes the character model to vanish

- Improved the overall handling of this skill. The connection between the teleport and the burst at the end is now more obvious

- Fixed a bug that could result in getting too many respec points back after respeccing out of this power

WRITHING CHOIR
- Updated particle and sound effects. Air guitar!
- Increased damage of this pet. Not nearly what it used to be in the early days, but should now be a more viable source of damage.

DESTINY
- Each enemy affected by Destiny now has a 1% chance to reset the cooldown of Divine Intervention

DIVINE INTERVENTION
- Changed sound effect

ASTRONOMY >> NOVA
- Minor particle effects revisions

PHYSICS >> CONDUCTIVE STRIKE
- Updated skill preview text to show correct values for the Resistance debuff at each level and tier
