NECROMANCER
Rework of Horde minion health / armor to bring inline with recent changes.
Skeletons and Zombies will not die as much.
Higher end versions will do more damage.

DARKNESSFALLS / OR'AK RAID DEBUFFS
Damage Reduction Debuff increased by 25%
All classes are now equal for gear requirements in the end game.

ALL PLAYER CLASSES
Now start with a 25% damage reduction.
All old Outlanders, Necromancers, Embermages, Warlocks can gain this by buying and drinking a NEW Respec potion.
Paladin Consecration no longer gives DR to old paladins.
Paladin DR effect is replaced by the melee damage reduction effect when Respecing so all classes have the same effect.

MULTIPLAYER GRAPHS
All Multiplayer graphs have been tweaked to make MORE PLAYERS in game a bit more challenging.
You will do less damage then previously in higher populated games.

WARLOCK
Nethermastery
wording of spell changed to:

You summon the nether to wither and destroy your enemies when you hit them!
NetherMastery does less damage then hellfire on impact, hits in a aoe around the source, and inflicts damage over time for a higher over all yield of damage output.


NECROMANCER
Bone Needles
Will no longer be based on poison damage, it will use whatever elements your weapon does for its damage types.
Animation speed from 1 to 0.9

Bone Spikes
Animation speed from 1.1 to 1.2

Skull Barrage
Animation speed from 1.4 to 1.5

EMBERMAGE
Thunderstorm
Casts correctly on the owner now for all levels.

Shocking Orb
Fixed the tier descriptions not to talk about 'fleeing'


ANCIENT TROLLS, RARE DRAGONS
Either race found in outside of Or'Ak zones should not be dropping any mercenaries anymore.

now reset their counter when cast

DEATH DOLLS
Now summon a set amount of dolls per cast, starting at 4 and adding 1 doll every 2 skill points.
Every new set of Death dolls now have an inherent damage increase on their stats, buffed damage on the dolls.

SPORES
Every new summon of spores will ALWAYS cast the maximum amount of spores, and replace any live ones with new ones.

INFERNAL SCOURGE
Infernals were given a 120 second life span so that their Minion tracker stat can deteriorate if none are cast.
This will help in resetting the Infernal tracker.

TABLEMOUNTAIN
Fixing the 'minions' in the mountain. People were having issues with TM crashing their game with the last updates.
This next patch should put most of them back where they were, you WILL Need to reroll your world for this to take effect. I am trying to do as much testing on this before updating it as possible, I wasn't able to replicate the crashes myself.

All minions will survive through teleporting now, did not add any death timers yet.

Embermage

Hailstorm
Will correctly not apply electrical incoming damage debuffs.

ShockBolts
The initial missile will now do dps when it hits, so HITTING a monster will not result in a miss if the bolts scatter.
Shock bolts themselves have higher collision radius

Thunderstorm
Shock bolt discharge has a higher missile radius, the unit collision on the missile is set to -1 which SHOULD be the radius of the missile...(no documentation, go figure)

Shocking Orb
Now has the correct description for the skill as well as tiers.
Tiers now have a 10,20,30% chance to stun for 3 seconds.
orb turns faster and shoots faster for each skill point invested.

EMBERMAGE LIGHTNING CHANGES

WANDCHAOS
Removed any teleport proc from the skill.
Removed blindness proc.
The chaos will be dps based (this will actually increase over all damage of a wandchaos mage, after the affix nerfs this will help).

Thunderstorm
Lowering the amount of electric shocks back to 10 for all stages.
Skill was suppose to have a 6 second cooldown, in the files its set to 6, not 6000 lol. Will try it with a 3 second cooldown instead.
Lowered the bonus damage affix by half to 25% at max.

Shocking Bolts
Changed to be an artillery style missile instead of a pointblank cast.
Upon the missiles death the shock bolts are released in a 360 circle.
starts with 4 discharges, and gains 1 per tier.
retains old tier bonus's and DPS ratings.

Arc Beam
Will now gain 20% charge.
split procs will gain 40% charge.

PRISMATIC RIFT
Removed teleport function of the skill.
Added non-stacking 2% debuff vs Fire / Ice / Lightning to received damage per skill point invested (2 to 30%) for 7 seconds on any monster hit by the skill.


RANGER
Will be removing the ranger from the mod until skills are imported.
any currently made rangers will simply not be playable until its put back in.
The inclusion of the ranger was a sneak peak of what was coming, it will likely go through more test phases like this.

Witchunter bow was somehow missed in the parry affix swap, fixed.

Tier0.5 Collars / Tags
All new Legendary pet collars and tags now have a 25% damage reduction affix tied to them
your pet can get 75% by having three legendary pieces.


GENERAL MOD CHANGES
Bag number is now displayed on the bag, and NOT mouseover in player inventory! Thanks to BUE

3 legendary socketables that were previously not dropping added to bosses.

New option for soulcrafting, Missile Reflection at 25% weapon dps.

TROLL PASS/BASIN
a 20% chance of missile reflection debuff has been added (dps has not been nerfed, only chance to reflect)

EXECUTIONER ENCOUNTER
STAGE1
All imps now spawn at health intervals of the boss, 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%.
They spawn as per room logic throughout the room.
IMPS are now larger and easier to see.

WARLOCK ENCOUNTER
Changing the way this encounter works to be room logic rather then casting from the stage 4 boss for pets.
Adding another skill to each of the stages of progression.





REALM OF DISCORD
3 new kill quests added thanks to BUE
Kill Cacklespit in her lair
Kill the sisters in their lair
Kill Peake in her lair
Each of these quests follow in line after the other and offer a Magnificent soul as their reward.




GENERAL MOD CHANGES
GEM SWORD
now has 5 sockets again

Two Hander parry affix
Will roll between 10-25 instead of 15-30. Likely still see results in the 29-30 range.

PET CHANGES thanks to Kelintor
Pets can now purchase Syn potions (health and mana)
Pets now buy potions in stacks of 25 when using their shopping list.




RANGER
Ranger has been included as a proof of concept for its charge bar abilities and over all feel.
A thank you if you will, for your time spent with the mod. All skills were removed from the class, and will be put back in as they are completed.

NECROMANCER
New Minion tracker implemented, test phase!
Skeletons, Zombies, Spores, Death Dolls and Infernal skeletons included.

PALADIN PATCH by Ghostblade

Paladin Patch #8


GENERAL
- Paladins now have the standard 25% DR when created
- Any paladin already made must cast Consecration at least once in order to receive this INNATE DR bonus!

- Auras now have a 45 second Cooldown instead of 50 seconds.


RIGHTEOUS
- Righteous Cleave's cast time has been increased a bit, to increase it's responsiveness. Also, the particle effect has been tightened up - it was originally calling two different particle effects which did virtually the same things, just in reverse. It is no longer doing this, so the times where the animation just shows a little crescent instead of the full slashes when spamming it should - SHOULD - be few and far between.
- The cooldown for Aura of Repentance Proc has been removed. Also, the 'soul shard' Missile has been tuned to turn harder and faster.
- Aura of Repentance has a new aura particle!
- Smite now has a 100% Burn Chance.


DIVINITY

- The Cooldown for Lay on Hands has been reduced to 30 seconds. This skill will be in flux for a little bit, but you guys should be used to 'in flux' by this point.
- Aura of Radiance should stop applying on-hit effects.


JUSTICE
- The long-awaited Judgment mechanic has been implemented! The changes to the Justice abilities as a direct result of this are as follows:
- Render Verdict applies Judgment, and Judged enemies are dealt additional damage and Stunned.
- Justicar's Blade only procs Judgment, and it procs your level of Justicar's Zeal on a hit. [May slow down your game a bit, we'll see how it goes]
- Reckoning applies Judgment, and initially, Judged enemies have their %Damage reduced and take increased %Damage for 7 seconds.
- Swift Justice applies Judgment, and Judged enemies are dealt additional damage and Immobilised for 3 seconds.
- Conviction only procs Judgment, dealing an additional massive helping of WDPS Electric Damage to help secure those executions.
- Justicar's Zeal now procs whenever you kill a Judged enemy. Also, the proc has the right icon now.
- Sanctified Fury is being left as is at the moment.
- Death Sentence is being left as is at the moment.
- Blade of Justice has been remade!
It now likes to be called Justicar's Blade.
Instead of being based on Ember Hammer, it's based on Raze - so it's a powerful, single-target heavy hitter.
It consumes all Charge, increasing it's damage per Charge point.
It has a short-ish cooldown.
- Swift Justice has had several other adjustments, as follows;
The particles have been updated to Justice Purple!
Reduced the Attack Speed and Cast Speed to 20%, and reduced the Movement Speed to 40%. They scale with level now.
Slightly reduced the Area of Effect of the damage.
Significantly increased the leap distance.
- Reckoning now has tier bonuses!
- Reckoning also has improved particles, and the Reckoning animation no longer has that flame-y bit in it.
- Render Verdict has it's own set of animations! We'll see how it goes, might switch back to weapon animations if it's not working out.
- Also, Render Verdict has a new set of tier bonuses, and no longer consumes Charge.
- Conviction's lightning bolt particle effects are more efficient - the bolt and the strike are in the same particle now.
