Fairly approximate changelog:

* Casus Belli overhaul, offering a number of new CB types. AI can and will now make full use of the CB types, resulting in a more dynamic world with rising and falling threats.
* Completely Dynamic resource system, assigning resources and modifiers to every single province. Can be enabled or disabled through gamerules.
* Major map changes, including new provinces and islands. Many new minor rivers and further increase in forest density across the world. Heightmap and colourmap improvements, making improving map visuals.
* Missionary events that can spawn under certain circumstances, spreading religion not only within a realm, but into neighbouring realms.
* Uprisings in the Stepstones and in the lands beyond the wall limit expansion by making these regions difficult to maintain control over as a foreign power.
* Common weapons (sword, pike, lance, axe, mace, & bow) added as artifacts.

~ Tweaked many unique buildings to increase balance.
~ The Riverlands now starts out at war in the "Second War of the Red Fork."
~ GFX tweaks to practically every portrait.
~ Removed house Karstark for canon reasons. Karhold is now held by the Boltons.
~ Overhauled numerous Coat of Arms for numerous houses.
~ Overhauled and expanded numerous houses.
~ Overhauled the history of House Stark
~ Loadingscreen edits.
~ Countless DNA edits.
~ Changed the age of training combat traits for children from 6 to 8 and increase the MTTH(mean time to happen) from 21 months to 30.
~ Improved Rhllor and Old Gods religion icons.
~ Main menu camera position adjusted.
~ Many balance changes in regards to characters.
~ New icons for a number of traits (Duel traits, Tall/short, irrational).
~ New icons for most government types.
~ New icons for most vanilla good/bad traits, created by Korbah.
~ Religion and cultural makeup of Essos given a small overhaul.
~ Stepstone duchies recoloured, making them less of an eyesore when formed.
~ Tweaked unqiue building modifier of The Barrows.
~ Tweaked the Wall's fort level, to balance it vs. other "unique" landmarks & castles.
~ Tweaked max amount and starting holding situation Beyond the Wall & in the Gift.
~ Valyrian Domain is now a merchant republic type government, with five Valyrian houses vying for control.

+ Council sizes have been increased to simulate internal politics for:
- The Blackwater - The High Council
- The Western Valyrian Territories - The Council of Freeholders
+ Added new tributary types:
- Andal Confederation
- March
- Valyrian Territory
+ Added the offmap power of the Valyrian Freehold, includes:
- New GFX
- New cultures & religions such as the Rhoynish, Ghiscari, and Dothraki.
- Completely overhauled events.
+ Added the First Man Kingdom of Darry.
+ Crated the Andal Kingdoms of Acorn's Ridge and Hornvale.
+ Added new governments (new gfx included):
- Merchant Kingdom
- Theocratic Kingdom
- Storm Kingdom
- The Knights of the Vale
- The Reach
- Royal March
- The Westerlands
- The Iron Islands
- Principality
- Bureaucratic Council - comes with many new minor titles and mechanics
- Winter Kingdom (the North)
+ Added numerous minor titles such as:
- Knight of the Greenhand
- King's Justice
- Captain of the Household Guard
+ Added the Hand of the King council position.
+ Added Pirate Portraits, currently only can be seen by those that have the Iberian Portrait DLC.
+ Andals added to the Stepstones, per a forum suggestion
+ Many cultures given cultural buildings.
+ Feudal vassals added for the Free Cities of Lys, Tyrosh, & Myr.
+ Four new music tracks have been added
+ Holy orders added: Warrior's Sons & Poor Fellows, Moonsingers, Maiden of the Harvest, Rhllor, Trios, The Weeping Lady, Valyrian, Lady of the Rocks, Black Flag & Old Gods
+ Ruling houses of Lys, Tyrosh, & Myr expanded & given correct holdings.
+ Valyrian families expanded & Valyrian vassals added for the Free City of Lys.
+ Added 2 natural features Beyond the Wall (Hardhome & Fist of the First Men).
+ Added some more tribal buildings.
+ VERY WIP: Added reformable versions for Bearded Priests & Boashi, and made their holy orders locked behind reformation.
+ Cultural mercenaries added: all wildling/Free Folk cultures
+ The Smith religion (heresy of Faith of the Seven) added.

= Fixed a wallportion being in one of Dorne's provinces instead of being at the actual Wall (no wildlings to be found in Dorne)
= Fixed various geographical region assignments and expanded upon existing geographical region defines.
= Governments given further changes in regards to issues with government switching. Wildling Government will no longer pick tribal holdings over feudal baronies.
= Many minor fixes to many events, traits, decisions, objectives and much more.
= Fixed a few instances of provinces having pixels of another province inside them.
