Made biotic abilities call for weapon animnotify, instead of waiting for perkstart.

Asari will have abilities properly visualize.

Shields should now properly regenerate without making it look like they have a bigger cap than they actually do, even if it's been completely taken down in a turn.

Removed Asari Commandos from followers pool: they can now only appear as followers.

Asari Adepts are now allowed to be followers up to force level 20.

Cooldowns on Asari biotic abilities have been increased, to lessen how often they can use them.

Asari Adepts are now supported followers of every alien and advent enemy, including modded ones.

Added .ini options for Asari customization, for both helmetless options and using the MGR helmet instead, if that mod is installed. Options are located in the mod's XComGameCore.ini
