Hotfix:

- Lothlórien's "Tackle the Dwarves" focus can no longer steal some else's subjects
- Enedwaith can no longer yield to Saruman whilst being someone else's subject
- Adjustment to consumer-good usage of tax policy
- Fixed Elven Assembly map-mode when the assembly doesn't exist
- Fixed size of legacy crossbowmen unit models
- Fixed Lothlorien being able to assemble the elven fellowship after destroying it or giving it to Sauron
- Fixed newly created generals randomly having elven-faction traits
- Adjusted heavy infantry stats
- Added alternate effect to "Eyes of the White Tower" focus if the "La Resistance" DLC isn't present
- Minor change to Mirkwood's focus paths
- Fixed Saruman immediately changing his mind after betraying Sauron
- Re-enabled special forces doctrine (except Paratroopers Doctrine)
- Fixed GUI issue in doctrines

- Updated mod to include new special-forces doctrine
- Updated focus-trees and laws to new international market
- Updated GUI of the new international market

- Added a total of 10 custom MIOs
- Added new loading screens
- Adapted consumer-goods modifiers to new system

**Content:**

- Significantly decreased supply and fuel consumption of all cavalry units
- Capped medicine trickleback to not give negative casualties (again)
- Replaced all vanilla unit models with our custom infantry models (we will still add custom - cavalry/siege machine models later)
- Replaced Paratroopers with a 'Heavy Infantry' special forces
- Removed transport-planes

**Other:**
- Added foresight to AI’s focus and event choices
- Improved AI research priorities
- Added new races mapmode
- Added Elven Assembly mapmode
- Added support for the cyrillic alphabet to all custom fonts
- New 3D models for bridges and factories
- Reworked GUI for the decisions screen
- Reworked GUI for news-events
- Reworked GUI for regular events
- Nerfed elven pop growth modifier to -90%
- Map changes in Gondor and Lothlórien
- Changes to Moria’s Balrog interactions
- Many other misc. bugfixes, improvements and balance-changes

NOTE: Make sure you are on the newest version of HoI4 (1.13.1). Previous savegames are not compatible.

Small addendum to yesterday's patch:
- Attack/Defense bonuses from the One Ring lowered to 20% from 25%
- Weathertop ambush event now costs political power and temporary civs if it fails
- Weathertop ambush is now less likely to succeed
- Gondor can bypass "Declare Aragorn the rightful heir" if the ring gets seized or if Aragorn dies
- If Aragorn is dead, "Crown Aragorn King of Gondor" now grants a national spirit instead

Medium sized changes:
- New focus tree path for the Hobbits
- Redesigned the Arthedain focus tree
- AI should now correctly and randomly choose a ideology again
- Changed cooperative modifers
- Generate wargoal tension 100% -> 70%
- Join faction tension 80% -> 65%
- Lend lease tension 50% -> 35%
- Send volunteers tension 50% -> 45%

Small changes:
- Made sure that when world tension is increased a reason is given
- Debuffed Dagorlad and Gundabad manpower in states
- Mordor "If they're not with us they are against us" focus only possible with certain world tension
- Erebor "War with Rhun" can now also be taken if Rhun is Belligerent
- Added the city Annúminas to Arthedain
- When Angmar/Isengard switch to orcs it changes their unit model and generic names/portraits accordingly
- When Mirkwood switches to spiders it changes their generic portraits/names accordingly

Fellowship
- Lowered fellowship base speed
- The fellwoship now moves 50% slower in territory controlled by Mordor and its allies
- Mordor gets an additional interception attempt when Rohan, Gondor or Rivendell fall to the forces of evil
- Mordor gets a decision to lessen the effects of "False King" after a year
- Lowered conscription malus of the "False King" spirit

Isengard
- Fixed Isengard owning states together with Dunland
- Isengard "Take East-Dunland" now autocompletes when states already in control
- Isengard now starts correctly with the Standard bearer researched

Angmar:
- Reconcile with Arnor now takes 35 days
- Angmars supply hub in the north is now connected from the start
- "New allies" now only possible if Gundabad is Belligerent
- Added "A force for our master" focus to switch to Limited Levy
- Made improvements to the hidden path
- "Honor Morgoth" is now available for both paths
