Changes / fixes

After creating custom troops:
change - keep current troops in garrisons (towns & castles)
fix - keep companions
change - keep current troops in lord's armies
fix - 1st castle conquered provides custom troops as recruits

fix - Doors show names and operate

Constable:
fix - removed the duplicated Custom Troop to recruit option
fix - trains appropriate type of troop in Custom Troop Tree
change - added the option to train cavalry units
change/fix - removed both options to Customize Kingdom Troops from dialog

change - started the process of cleaning up some CTT code

v.09 changes:
Base mod (Diplomacy with Custom Troop Trees)
- AI "standing around" bug fixed
- after customizing troops, player party regenerates with custom troops

C3 (custom character creation)
- new custom character creation presentation (took away a lot of menus)
- new combined monarch notification & name kingdom presentation
- no status bonus to points (all options are level 1 characters with same amount of points)
- added a "Noble (vassal)" option
- changed "ruler of new faction" to "Monarch (Principality)"
- changed "ruler of established kingdom" to "Monarch (Kingdom)"

CGPT (custom gameplay tweaks)
- join any side in battles
- town menu shows town lord and banner (visual tweak)
- recruit from towns and castles
- morale changed to same as WF&S (-1 for every 5 troops)

v.08 changes:
- new base mod: Diplomacy w/ Custom Troop Trees!
base-mod gameplay tweaks:
- food consumption changed to same as WF&S (1 unit feeds 10 troops/ eat every 6 hours)
- npc lords have less chance to escape when defeated (was 70% by default, is now 40%)
- npc lords ransom chance increased (was 5% every 24 hrs., is now 35% every 24 hrs.)
- talk to guild masters and village elders without having to meet first
- cows follow
- added bodyguards
- wine/ale are food (consumable and give morale bonus)

- added Empire Report

C3:
- all character options are level 1 (kings start with higher stats)
- 1/2 the code organized and rewritten
- Lezalit default minister

fixes:
- (C3) courts are properly placed
