Removed candle model that was floating above table.

Reworked physics props (candles, fork and knives). Better detail meshes and better materials.
Added a Character! Passenger reading a newspaper at the end of the car with animations.
My computer is ENTRY LEVEL and it is performant on my machine. Please let me know if you have any performance issues.
The NPC is a VERY high poly model, and the IK skeletal animations and child prop (newspaper) are detailed.
