Finnish focus don't cancel anymore when tension goes under 5% or 15%,

UK can't rush fighters 3 anymore,

Impassable borders in northern Raj added,

New event for France that gives the famous B1 bis tank,

New focus for Germany that give e bonus if stuck in USSR (Fall Blau),

Fix Finland Focus (one used to by pass when it shouldn't)
Fix China Focus (Last Reinforcement focus has now a condition in order to not put the chinese divisions in occupied territory)

Changed the guanrantee in europe to represent the pact between Yugoslavia,Czechoslovakia and Romania know as the "little entente". (this pact was a pact of protection against aggression from Hungary and didn't include threats from the USSR, Italy or Germany).

Added a new idea to Japan to represent the imperial expansionism.

Added more oil to the Dutch East Indies (they were historically the 4th biggest oil exporter). ***Also by adding I mean moving obviously : no ressources created in this mod in order to not break the game.

Slightly reduced cost for infrastructures (was increased in the initial upload)
Air fights are more deadly (in order to not have infinite planes growth even when you have 20k fighters fighting)
Bomber air attack reduced (can't use them to destroy the ennemy air anymore)

Germany start with 18 width tank division instead of 12 width

Focus Tree :
Focus tree updated for all major countries (France, UK, USA, USSR, Germany, Italy, Japan).
New Focus Tree for : Bulgaria, Siam, China, Spain and Finland.
Removing unhistorical part of focus tree for all minors.
Canada has a new focus to cancel the depression even when going for the zombies.
Hungary has a new focus to improve his planes.
Romania has a focus to rebuild his country after having lost land to his neighbors.
However you will need the DLC for nations like Canada, South Africa, Raj, Australia, New Zealand, Hungary and Romania to enjoy the focus tree changes for these countries.

License :
Less tech bonuses (-5% instead of -20%) but less production penalty if in the same faction (-15% instead of -25%). In order to use Licenses as what they are : allowed production, not research bonus.

Construction :
More spots to build (Developed regions only).
Gain one free spot to build every 5 Infrastructures.

Weather :
Mud slow down the divisions more than before.
Very cold and extreme cold happen much more (especially in Russia) and they give higher penalties.
Extreme hot attrition is higher.

Impassable border :
Impassable borders more bright so you can see them easily.
List : Gibraltar, Pyrénées, Swiss border, Finland, Raj border, Indochina, Australian desert and Gobi desert.

UK :
Gibraltar start with one land fort (instead of 0).
Gets an event to boost him and/or the commonwealth after the defeat of France.

France :
France get the event to change to early mobilisation when Germany goes Rhinland.
Start with support engineer researched.

Ethiopia :
Ethiopia gets a special idea so Italy can't farm too much xp.

Nationalist China :
PRC will start the civil war if the united front defeat Japan. (There is an event to peace Japan if the united front can take over the Japanese's puppets).

Spain :
Spain remains neutral if played by ai.

Japan :
Template doesn't mix tanks and infantry anymore. (Since a lots of players don't allow this in their rules).
Start with 100 more convoys.

USSR :
Soviet Purge last longer and can't be canceled before doing the "Order n°227" focus.
Start with 14 more civilian factories and 1 more millitary factory. Plus gets 8 civilian and 8 military from the focus tree (It's 4 and 4 in Vanilla).
Move industry to Ural give you 10 military factories.
Start with 100 more convoys.

USA :
Start with 202 civilian factories instead of 130. (However the depression is giving more penalties).
Start with 50 more convoys.
Start with light tank 1 and motorized infantry researched.

Germany :
Add 1 line artillery to the German infantry template.

Other features :
New unique leader picture for fascist Siam.
Coup are very unlikly to happen since it cost 5000% more than in Vanilla.
Max forts is 5 + focus.
Rebalancing the ressources (basicly putting south american ressources in africa and asia excpet for Cuba, Brazil and Mexico).
Unplayable countries in Latin America.
Removing some cores to avoid players from releasing nation during a war.
Allowing demagogue only to the countries that historicaly switched ideology (or the balance of the game requires).
Manpower laws changed based on the population pyramid.
2 more Chinese Cliques.
Remove possibilty of civil war for the country that historically flip (so ai doesn't go crazy).
Belgium start with one land fort in Liège (instead of 0).
LvL 3 fort on the Swiss border.
Unique Tank designer for majors.
Don't get any manpower back when deleating encicled divisions. (20% in Vanilla).
AI will stop spamming new template like before.
Anti-Air has more chance to hit a plane than before (destroying chance not changed).
Slightly reducing attack penalty for crossing a river (Speed penalty for crossing river remain unchanged).
Reducing Tank and Air designer cost to 75 (Majors only).
Building cost changed : factories and dockyards cost 20% more, other building have different cost too.

Air superiority gives slightly less defense and speed penalty.
Marshall can now have 240 divisions under control max (still 24 for generals).
Can now train at least 250k men if no divisions on the field (100k before).
Need 70% naval supremacy instead of 50% do to naval invasions.
Need 80% air superiority to do send paratroopers instead of 70%.
4% attrition for training instead of 6%.
75% of equipment gain from depolyed divisions when capitulation instead of 50%.
Slightly reducing divisions speed.

New ideas for Mexico, Brazil, Sweden, Tureky and Cuba (making them less interesting to play).
