New chanellage (Resource channellage):
City resource building is needed to gather food lumber petrol and coal for city (can import or from local).
Food comsumption is depended on citizen count.
Lumber and Coal comsumption is depended on building count
Petrol comsumtion is depended on vehicle count

If lack of food, no resident moving in, and resident will get sick
If lack of lumber and wood, no RICO demand
If lack of petrol, less goverment car.

And hell mode for more difficult.
