Fatal Bug fix:

1. Resident change house will cause family money be 0

(because of this fix, old save family money may become 0 at first, so will go through a tough period)


Other change:
1. Resident(not in a family) will not live in a same house in resident high. Otherwise I can not caculate family money
2. remove some unused tips.

Big UI improve:
1. CRTL+R and CRTL+M UI can be showing by click upper-right corner button(CRTL+R and CRTL+M UI will obselete in futher version)
2. Big improve of CRTL+R and CRTL+M UI, remove unused data, and align all other data
3. New added element in BuildingUI and HumanUI (see detail document)
4. BuildingUI will not showing in residential building
5. Optimize UI caculation to make MOD faster.

BUG FIX:

Residentbuilding may show negtive money and asset.

1. GovermentUI money error, always negetive.
2. Not movingin resident also have initial money.

1. GovermentUI and BuildingUI will show average employee money


Adjust:
1. Improve Industry general trade tax, so industry general can also support city now at beginning
2. Discard unlock industrial farming and foresty and beginning.
3. Some other game balacne adjust.

1. Adjust material/product ConsumptionDivider, Now compare with previous version, Goods price is 3X, lumber petrol food coal is 2.25x, oil ore grain lumber is 1.125x.
2. New option in CTRL+R to disable Smart transport budget function is use rush hour and is weekend.
3. Outside request will be 2x at night and 0.5x or less and daytime.
4. Fix bugs of industrial and goverment emloyee sarlay is too low.


Start from this version, Mod is strong enough, It is not beta version now, I will update documents in next few days.

What`s new in V0.9:
New added:
Four special tasks (CTRL+R UI):
1."infinity garbage,receive 300 garbagecars in 1000time, will get 90K(cd time 2000,available when family>1500)",
2."infinity dead,receive 500 hearsecars in 1000time,will get 30K(cd time 2500,available when family>2000)",
3."crasy traffic,receive 10K feedthrough traffic in 3000time, get 60K(cd time 3000,available when family>2000)",
4."happy holiday,1.5x visitors come in, will spend 50K(cd time 3000,available when family>4000)",

More profit industrial:
1. Every import from outside will give import tax to city.

More profit tourism and commerical:
1. adjust tourism and commerical to make them more profitable.

PlayerBuildingUI:
Click PlayerBuilding, will show how much money this building make or loss.


Cargo pollution!:
1.Oil petrol ore coal garbage car will have pollution now, Road with many those cars will be polluted.

What`s new in V0.8:

New added:
Resident become richer now in V0.8:
1. New moving in resident will have random money at start (0 - 200* average_salary)
2. All commerical building will share profit to employee if they have enough money.
3. Resident will not use car or public transport when they lack of money to save money.

Commerical building visit will be balanced:
1. Resident will do virture shopping very randomly.
2. Resident will find closet building to visit (rush hour function), but when they found this building is full of visitors, they will try visit another building.

Improved:
1. Resident tourism income will increased 3-4X
2. Comemerical building trade income will increased 3-4X (because now Comemerical is almost always positive money now)
3. Tourist income will increase 2X, and more tourist will come in by train ship and plane.

Do not too much construction:
1. Each residential commercial industrial building, if it is deleted, no matter what reason it is, will cost 50 money.

Smart public transport:
1. 23-5, public transport maintee fee will be 1/4, and send 1/4 public transport cars.
2. 6-9 and 16-20, public transport maintenace fee will be 2x, and send 2x public transport cars.
3. You can still use IPT2 to manully add or delete public transport cars.
4. This is for BUS TRAM METRO CABLECAR and MONORAIL only.
