1.调整了外部需求请求的频率,不用担心车子一直出去支援外部了
2.限制了游客票价刷钱的问题。
3.商业已经被激活,放开商业限制,现在商业需求是原版机制。
4.rush hour总找最近的商店访问已经被我修改,居民发现一个商店人数过多会找另外的商店

1.Optimize outside demand freq, Now cars will not always go outside for money
2.Limit a bug that can raise ticket price to get much money from tourist
3.Commerical demand is released and will not control by me now, but do not place too much commerical building unless you can make them all profit.
4.rush hour will always find the closest building to visit, I bypass this, now if resident find one commerical building is full of visitors, they will visit another building.

V0.7.12.02

Hotfix:

1.Fix a serious bug than resident`s demand of goods is not fully released.
Note: For this version, we can place much more commerical building because of resident`s demand.

2.Fix some errors that resident will not change to high level house even their money is low.

3.Fix error that even going to work, resident with low money still do not drive their cars.

What`s new in V0.7:

New added:
1. Outside resident moving in may be very slower
1.1 >4000 families
1.2 Two many oil ore building compared with families (CRTL+M TIP10 will issue a warning)
1.3 Bad resident wealth(wealth stable low family in CRTL+M > 1/2 families)

2. IndustrialExtractor farming works can get most of the money in company(consider them as farmers)
2.1 Industrial farming works may be rich at the beginning
2.2 Provide another way to try farming、commerical and office to become a tourism city.


BUG fix:
1. Resident will not use car when money is low, which can save a lot of money
2. Insurance money from company is wrongly caculated in citizen tax, which is heavy load for residents.
3. A lot of other bug fix based on beta test.

1. endowment & unemployed & medical treatment insurance
1.1 endowment & unemployed is optional
1.2 medical treatment insurance is forced
1.3 If no sick person, city_insurance_account is profit and come into city income, otherwise, city will expense money to compesate.
1.4 If no endowment & unemployed person, city_insurance_account is profit and come into city income, otherwise, city will expense money to compesate.


Change:
2.Garbage income is increased for earlier game.
3.People will sick when lack of goods and lack of money(not die), people wll die or sick randomly when work at industrial oil ore or foresty
4.Tourist consumption X10 to balance tourism.
5.Commerical and industrial building will accept all cargotruck`s goods, which will reduce game caculate a lot(other wise)
6.Other a lot of bug fix.

Note:
New started game will be very difficult with V0.6.11.27 (or after version), and this is the same as real city, small new city is very hard to operate. Please follow V0.6 game experience to start game!!


V0.6.11.27:
1. Unlock industrial farming and foresty at beginning.
2. Rebalace income and expense.
3. Broken outside connection will not freq send request to city and make city server dispatch.
4. People lack of money in a long term will die randomly.

Thank you for all the feedback and from a lot of beta test. I can release V0.6 version now and seems a least in earlier-middle game, game is balanced and playable

What`s new in V0.6:

New Added:
1. Outside police and hospital help (free temporarily)
2. Citizen lack of goods will die randomly
3. Outside roads condition will change if you have maintenance building
3.1 The more you help to repair road, the better condition it will be
3.2 Better condition can bringin more outside demand

Change:
1.reblance all the goods price
2.align almost all the data with orginal game so game rhythm should be the same with orginal game.
3.remove requirement of TMPE, but better use it

Game reality and rebalance:
1、remove feedthrough cargo truck road toll income (replaced by Outside Road maintanance Demand)
2、adjust income and expense coefficient to make game balance
3、industrial generial building will randomly import 4 kinds of material (food petrol lumber and coal).
4、oil and coal price is very higher than food and petrol, try use these two resources to make city stronger.


Bug fix:
1、Do function change when level loading the game and do revert when exit game. Which is the same with other popular Mods.


Attention:

1、Due to a lot of update, need to start a new game (game save is different vs v0.4)
2、If shows error in new started game, just do save and load again, it is just a error and not impact on playing game.
