AI fleet Trickling fix, ModDB compatibility: Fixes issue where the AI will slowly trickle in units instead of grouping a proper fleet.

Multiplayer Fixes: Added support for base game maps, so online play should be more stable. Do not use modded maps in online games, or desyncs will occur at start typically. Looking into issues with ability to select PA/EotH.
