Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.20.1 Hotfix 3:

• Updated Chinese Loc (Thanks FlantingCort & team)
• Discord user Kazoi redid the AI tech weights to be less messy so the AI will no longer research completely pointless things and waste tons of research.
• Added "Blokkivist", "Blokki'tas, the Mineralizer" and "Blokklim" as Blokkat names.
• Added Ironside the 4th as an admiral for Democratic/Jungle Trek-led Faust. They also now get two smaller fleets instead of 1 big one (so I could add the admiral).

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.20.1:

• Added a new unique Fallen Empire, the Bogged-Down Researchers. (Requires Nemesis)
• They're trying to find the "Ultimate Answer" using an O-Class Matrioshka Brain surrounded by 20 Asteroid Artilleries.
• 30% chance of spawning from Gatzo and is led by Weeny Pouchkinn.
• Starts with over 70 levels of every repeatable and gets one level every 5 years.
• Won't awaken like other FEs, instead awakens near Endgame as they find their Ultimate Answer. They then turn into Deranged Technomaniacs.
• In addition to normal Materialist AE stuff, Pouchkinn will then build an "Ascension Engine" to ascend himself out of reality. The Engine takes about 20 years to build.
• Functions as a "mini-crisis", you must seize or destroy the system with the engine. Doing so causes Pouchkinn to vanish and his empire to revert into a normal and debuffed FE/AE.
• If Pouchkinn is allowed to complete the engine, all hyperlanes in the galaxy are scrambled and every planet gets 100 Devastation while Pouchkinn yeets outta here.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.20: "Fallen, yet not Beaten"
(Save-game compatible)

Fallen Empire Changes:
• Integrated James' Fallen Empire Megastructures mod. (Do NOT use FEM alongside Gigas anymore!)
• Fallen Empires will now get an array of ruined and intact megastructures at game start (can be toggled in the menu).
• All FEs can get Dysons, Yggdrasils, Kugelblitzes, Decompressors, Strategic Coordination Centers, Ruined Attack Moons & Planetcrafts, Asteroid Artilleries and Orbital Arcologies.
• Spiritualists can get an incomplete Psychic Hypersiphon or a Chosen One leader.
• Xenophiles can get an Interstellar Assembly, a Sentry Array or a VR Preserve.
• Xenophobes can get a Dyson Spheres & Neutronium Gigaforge or 2 Planetcrafts.
• Materialists can get Science Nexi, ringworlds or a Matrioshka Brain.
• Effectively re-added the old Materialist Ringworlds from the old versions of the game.
• If the Materialists get a Matrioshka Brain, they turn into a special "Disinterested Gamers" FE that doesn't really care about anything else than their gaming. Don't piss them off though! Can be disabled in the menu.
• Disabling a mega prevents the FEs from getting it.
• FEs will also get a number of extra repeatables depending on ethos and luck. (They do not actually get repeatables but a modifier emulating repeatables as actually giving a ton of techs lags the game like crazy.)
• FEs will begin to repair all their ruined megas when they Awaken.
• The amount of active Attack Moons and Behemoth Planetcrafts they get can now be configured at game start with 5 settings ranging from "none" to "way too many".
• FE Attack Moons are now updated to use sections.
• If the Kaiser isn't set to guaranteed, there is now a chance of the Katzens not being on Flusion anymore and instead spawning as a Fallen Empire in Gatzo.
• This Katzen FE can either be Xenophile led by Alice Clatz (no relation to Aeternum's Alice), or Xenophobe led by everyone's favorite nuke-slinging maniac (he gets a Planetcraft and Katzen bombardment too!)
• Added an event for Flusion if you observe it and the Katzens spawned as a FE where a peculiar figure is quite confused...
• The text for the Paluush Grand Archives Digsite will now adjust itself to remain accurate depending on whether or not the Gatzo FE spawned.

Miscellaneous Changes:
• Added the Tunnel of Boreas to Faust as a Planetary Feature. What is the Tunnel of Boreas, you might ask? Well, it is a small natural tunnel between Rumarean lake and ocean. Coming out somewhere underneath Aquileia. That submarines are able to pass through. Now idk about you, but I think this creates some cool gameplay dynamics. Like, Rumarean corsairs going to raid Aquileian convoys, before daringly escaping through the tunnel back into Rumare basin.
• Fixed Aiondia Expedition addons not actually consuming alloys.
• Fixed some tpyos.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.19.1 Hotfix 4:

• Blokkat Stripminer rebuild cooldown is now 360 days instead of 90.
• Reduced range of Katzen submarine torpedoes to 200.
• Reduced health of Katzen submarines to 5.
• Submarines now only have a 30% chance of escaping death.
