Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.21: "Kaiserbox Theory"

(BREAKS SAVES! GO HERE TO CONTINUE OLD SAVES)

3.3 Compatibility:
• Updated jobs and districts for 3.3
• Admin cap replaced with unity according to vanilla.
• Most culture worker jobs replaced with entertainers or bureaucrats.
• Left the orbital elysium ones as unique, like the culture of ministry.
• Fixed swaps on those jobs for megacorps/spirituralists/death cult etc.
• Added ecclestiastical nodes to PCCs for spiritualists to replace bureaucrats. Yes this is as stupid as it sounds.
• Added Unity costs to megas.
• Changed tech weights to use the new system.
• Blokkat Inquietude Edicts now have a resource upkeep and an influence cost.

Kaiser & Katzenartig Imperium Rework:
• The Kaiser now has an economy.
• Alloys, minerals, CG and rare resources are turned into "Kaiser Resources", used by warforges to produce ships.
• Research is turned into Katzen Research that slowly grants increasing buffs to the Kaiser.
• The Kaiser now specializes his planets, added several new buildings for that.
• Added Siegfried Worlds for the Kaiser, miniature versions of Maginot Worlds.
• They detonate when captured.
• The Kaiser's terraforming megas now colonize the planet when terraforming is complete.
• Slowed down the rate at which the Kaiser makes outposts.
• Slowed down the rate at which the Kaiser colonizes new planet.
• Reduced how many submarines the Kaiser makes.
• Flusion is now turned into a "Flusio-Arcology" when it hits 90 pops, with new unique districts.
• A lot more pops are now resettled to Flusion and smaller planets are outright emptied.
• The Flusio-Arcology will get some blockers to represent the damage inflicted during its capture once it falls.
• Added several "Operations" that can be done from the partisan/Solakian screen.
• They can give different rewards or cripple the Imperium even more.
• Added an Operation to storm the Pyramid which starts an uprising on Flusion.
• The uprising spawns armies under your control representing Flusionian rebels.
• Added 4 combat abilities that can be used during this uprising to shift it in your favor.
• If the uprising wins, you get to confront the Kaiser in the pyramid.
• There is then a % chance (based on your ethos and civics) that the Flusionians give Flusion to you.
• Cracking Flusion now makes Dofus PISSED.
• The splinter states will get a decrease in opinion too. Additionally, some may band against you.
• Added a script to merge some of the Kaiser's fleets so he has less.
• Added a difficulty setting to make the Kaiser easier.
• Fixed an issue where Kaiser-related modifiers wouldn't go away if the Kaiser is defeated while he only had Flusion.
• Removed the Jump Drive blockers on all Katzen colonies (only Siegfried Worlds have them now)
• Reduced the overall quantity of pops the Kaiser makes.

Maginot World changes: (By Aerolfos)
• Added new sections to the maginot defence platform unlocked with the buff technologies available after planetcraft and systemcraft.
• Changed buffs from techs to be flat hull/armour/shields.
• Platform now has 5 775 000 base hull in endgame, before % upgrades from planet.
• New unique strikecraft which are more powerful than base ones (better cleanup of small fleets)
• New reactors to go with sections and give enough power.
• Blokkittens skout fleet lost to endgame unupgraded maginot rather than crush it mercilessly.
• Added some extra ai weights to where they'll build maginots, not that they're likely to do so.
• Added increased upkeep to the new sections:
• Planetcraft upgrade is in total 125 energy and 50 alloys monthly extra.
• Fully upgrading will cost you 1250 energy and 500 alloys each month.
• Base platform does not have extra upkeep, but the ship size has always cost 250 energy and 50 alloys monthly.
• Removed maginot game rule file, added rule to main file.
• Fixed subspace disruption not being removed when associated modifier is.
• Added Maginot ringworlds, built in the same way as normal Maginots but on a ringworld section.
• 5x denser districts for only 2x upkeep (except SRs which is 3x).
• otherwise work the same way and have the same decisions and defences.
• Yes, it works on the bigger ringworlds.

Attack Moon changes:
• Added new diverse sections to Attack Moons.
• Added specialized computers for moons.
• Added Lunar Artillery and the Lunar SPG Bow.
• Each of these is unlocked by a specific tech.

Miscellaneous changes:
• Fixed some tpyos.
• Added the "has_gigastructural_constructs" scripted_trigger for Unknwn.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.20.2 Hotfix 1:

• When asked about the purpose of their harvesting operations, the Blokkats now tell you about their plan to squeeze the entire universe together instead of being weirdly edgy and mysterious. They're the ones who say approximation and mystery breed inefficiency, after all.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.20.2:

Fixes: (TTFTCUTS)
• Finding wrecked ships now actually gives engineering research instead of just saying so
• Fixed various EHOF tech issues with pricing, prerequisites, etc.
• Decommissioning an EHOF now gives all appropriate prerequisite techs that you don't have, as it did before the rework.
• Negative mass exploitation tech now requires you actually find some of it first, or have a neighbour who already has the tech, as intended.
• EHOF gateway techs now make use of the vanilla tech gateway system and show as the "Abstract Physics Path" instead of having notes in their descriptions.
• Arcane relic no longer gives 5000 points because that was kinda silly on a relic which is so easily obtainable as a matter of course.
• Over 100 other very minor fixes to various parts of the mod which mostly don't impact gameplay.

Other:
• Added a check to make O-stars don't spawn in systems with the "giga_forbid_o_class" star flag.
• Tweaked the range of the Katzen submarines' combat computers so they don't stay too far to fire their weapons.
• Fixed Katzen FEs breaking Scion origins.

• Added a tooltip to tell the player to get the Shaders merge mod if the Blokkat portraits are invisible.
