Update.

- Fixed bug in Harmony traditions tree

- Adjusted vanilla Ascension Perks, I felt they needed some buff and I picked some ideas for it from AlphaMod Utopian Dream

- Re-animated vanilla governments - since I abolished some of the vanilla civics, some vanilla govermnents became unavailbale, and I just fixed this, all vanilla govs are available again

Small update.

1. "Progress" and "Harmony" are not completely mutually exclusive anymore. The one becomes unavailable only when the other one is finished.

So, there are only 2 trees that are completely mutually exclusive: Purity and Unity.

2. In "Harmony" I swapped "Keepers of Harmony" and "Mastery of Nature" traditions. So, now "Mastery of Nature" is final tradition of these tree. It might be better since it's pretty strong one. "Keepers of Harmony" no longer provide any bonuses for clearing tile blockers - they didn't makes sense, since there is "Mastery of Nature".

1. Ascension traditions are no longer mutually exclusive with Progress and Supremacy. The only restriction is that once you finish Supremacy, traditions of Ascension becomes unavailable, and vice-versa.

2. Progress traditions: finishing them now add Synthetic Personality Matrix research option. Traditions "Bioinformatics" and "Mechanist" no longer provide technologies (Cloning and Robots), but add them as research options (so you still get them, but not that easy).

3. A lot of conceptual changes in Ascension Perks

- Utopian Capitalism and Communism now both restricted ONLY for Fanatic Individualists/Collectivists and non-Fanatic Authoritarians. So, now you can have Utopian Welfare with Fanatic Libertarian ethic (hail, Anarcho-Syndicalists!). Or have Utopian Market with Authoritarian ethos - which is also does not look unreasonable, considering that most of the developed modern eastern capitalistic societies are strictly Authoritarian.

- Anarchy Utopia now requres Anarchy civic and Fanatic Libertarian ethos (it does not prohibit basic Elitist though). Provided "Post-Industrial Economy" policy is now belong NOT to "Economic Stance" policy, but to recently included "Economy Focus" policy, as an alternative. So, now you can have both Capitalism/Communism and Anarchy Utopia at the same time.

- There is a special new Ascension perk for Authoritarians: "Slaver Empire". It provides a range of global slavery-related bonuses, and the ability to construct planetary unique "Neo-Colesseum" building (now it belongs to this AP instead of Timocracy), which buffs economy and happiness on the planet, and also makes local army a bit stronger (for Gladiators going to military service).

- "Totalitarian Utopia" AP was buffed (it had too many maluses).
