Update.

1. Civics "Multicultural Republic" and "Nazionalistic Dictatorship" were abolished, some of their properties have been moved to "Multiculturalism" and "Nationalism" accordingly. Instead of them there are new civics:

Liberal Democracy (Republic + Individualist)
Communist Dictatorship (Dictatorship + Collectivist)

2. Civic "Energy Syndicate" was changed, it's stats have been assigned to "Capitalism" and instead of "Energy Syndicate" there is a "Trade League" civic, which got itself stats from "Capitalism".

3. Civic "Public Works" have been transformed into "Social Infrastructure", with a bit different stats.

4. Tradition "Land Construction", from Development tree, now also increases Habitability - I assume this makes sense, and allows to elegantly balance "Pragmatic Development" tradition, which decreases Habitability.

5. Исправлены косяки в русской локализации.

Small update.

Swapped "Agrarian Idyll" and "Sacred Harvest Festival" traditions.

Probaby fixed bug with "Voice of the Planet" edict.

Re-named "Interstellar Tourism" to "Distant Worlds Resorts".

Sub-civics of Technocracy and Theonomy are not mutuallly exclusive anymore.

Update.

1. Lifted off some more restrictions on Traditions. Now, a Tradition is available event if you have the "opposite" pair of ethos. The only restriction I left is for Fanatic ethos. For example: if you are about to adopt "Progress", which is Materialist/Industrialist, and you have Fanatic Spiritualist ethos, then you will have to be at least basic Industrialist in order to do it.

Also, some civics block you from certain traditions, like "Theonomy" won't allow you to adopt "Progress".

But, that's it.

2. Moved "Interstellar Tourism" tradition from "Development" to "Harmony". It just feels more accurate to me now.

1. @MDH369 - fixed national-socialism, now it only applies if you mix Nationalism civic with any of Dictatorial civics.

2. Finishing "Expansion" traditions now unlocks Habitat (but you can still get it through "Voidborn" as well)

3. Fixed Direct Democracies civics.

They appear to gain TOO much influence, without any real penalty, because apparently global influence malus were applying just to basic influence gain and didn't affect influence gain from Factions.

Now, Faction influence gain was reduced with edict cost increased - to reflect lesser government authority, and happiness bonus is attributed to Factions instead of pops (all Factions gain +5 happiness, Egalitarians and Libertarians gain +7).

4. "Totalitarian Utopia" got new feature.

It unlocks set of special "Indoctrination" country edicts, each of which can be used to shift your population ethos in any specific direction, except "Libertarian" (of course). Each edict increases the attraction of a particular ethos and ethic shift chance, at a cost of energy and society research.

I thought it would be a nice flavour addition, reflecting social engineering capabilities of Utopain Totalitarianism.

5. Lifted some more restrictions on Tradition trees, making them easier to get.
