ANNOUNCEMENT

As you might already know, Paradox is planning a big update "Le Guin", which will majorly affect game's economy. For me personally, weak economic system alongside with boring tile-based planetary management, were the most general complaints towards Stellaris, so I'm looking forward to these changes and will try my best to adapt my mod to it at it's full potential.

In a way, they can be used as a replacement for my original mod, in case I don't find anybody to keep up the current maintenance.


2.0 UPDATE

Mod is currently updated to 2.0. Please check. Use "Bug Reports" thread for problem reports.

I have to tell you that this was probably the last big Stellaris update I follow. The mod itself is very big and adapting everything to changes of such a scale takes enormous amount of time, especially considering the style in which Paradox holds these updates - absolutely careless towards modders, I'd say.

So, in the near future I will probably have to pass the maintenance of this project to somebody else capable. In hte meantime everyone is free to take the mod and make his own version of it. I'd be grateful for credits, of course:)

In one of the pre-release Stellaris videos I've seen on Youtube, a chief game developer (not sure who was it, not Martin Anward, some other guy) pointed out, that a key feature of Stellaris will be it's high replayability potential. Stellaris do have it, and I fairly believe that my mod significantly enhances this potential, with all the diversity it provides for customization and development of your Empire's Culture.

It completely reworks almost all the existing Ethics, Civics and Traditions, putting them together to a complex and at the same time pretty coherent system.

There are a lot of issues.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION
===================
Ethics => 7 scales in total, including 3 new: Individualist-Collectivist, Industrialist-Ecologist, Elitist-Egalitarian
Civics => 53 in total, including 32 Cultural civics (green) and 18 Themed-government civics (yellow)
Traditions => 80 in total: 16 different trees, 5 traditions each
Ascension Perks => 7 new perks, maximum perks is set to 16
Policies => 7 new policies available: Economic Stance, Economy Focus, Healthcare, Education, Transportation, Personal Weapons, Military Budget
Number of Civic points is set 3 (with an opportunity to get 2 more along the game)
Maximum leader level is increased to 20 (though anything above level 10 will probably not be visible)

PSTR я не очень пойму сути претензий. У меня Институтов больше чем в ванилле, на каждую этику есть минимум один доступный уникальный институт (больше с учетом комбинаций). Как это может быть связано с тем, что у половины рандомных Империй есть Пост-апокалиптик? Ты хочешь сказать что им не из чего больше выбирать? Но это чушь, такого быть не может.

И да, до выхода 2.2 я мод вообще не трогаю в любом случае.
