Small update.

Changed name of the "Supremacy" civic to "Order" (militaristic ideology), with a bit changing of it's stats as well.
Returned name "Supremacy" to it's initial place - the name of the militaristic tradition tree. Updated all description as well.
Modified "Divine Circle" civic a bit.

Update.

Fixed Military civics. I merged Stratocracy and Citizen Service into one single civic "Stratocracy". Because basic Citizen's Service idea - citizenship for military duty is obviously a stratocratic idea. Instead of single civic "Elite Militaries" now there are 2 separate civics: Elite Troops and Elite Navy.

Tradition "Agrarian Idyll" now has -15% engineering research malus (it was a bit too cool).
