Akira Class Starship

Description
This is my attempt at the Akira. This is IMO the most bad ass Cannon ship in starfleet. It features a fly though shuttle bay. Aft, Port and starbord mounted torpedo tubes as well as high speed forward torpedo launches in the Dorsal combat pod.


This thing has 7 System slots and is a Trinium Tier ship.

Wow Thanks! :) I'm still on kind of a Star Wars-esque binge. but I plan on returning to Trek and making my trek builds more modular friendly for kit bashing moving forward. This is a game I can't seem to put away so I'm sure I'll get to it eventually. The Megee is one that I've had my Eyes on for a bit.

This has become one of my most favorite ship to use in the game. Very well built as an old trekkie you have done a fantastic job, id love to see you continue with more variations too. The Magee Class (USS Shran NCC-1413) The Intrepid Class (USS Voyager NCC-74656) and Miranda Variant (USS Antares NCC-9844) come to mind as interesting variants id love to see in your style. Maybe even your take on shuttlecraft / runabouts for fighter blueprints. otherwise great job and loving the modular stuff too. lol ill admit I've chopped up a few bits from your ships and mashed em together. No offence though I'm a kitbasher I'm sure that some of those trek models on the show were too haha. Cant say enough great job and look forward to seeing and flying some more of your creations!!

Very cool. Only got this game yesterday. First thing I'm making is star trek ships, always loved their designs. Sort of ending up with a modern NX-01 Enterprise styled ship. It's not huge as I'm still learning how everything works but I love being able to totally customise a fully working ship. Seems the game engine on this actually works too, unlike space engineers which crashed all the time. :) Hope to try this out later!
