Like to be police?
Attach a horn to your trucks roof and start holding the bound button (probably 'n').

If you have an issue with the modification make sure to check if you have given the mod a higher priority than other sound modifications!

I have downloaded it and all I get is a horn sound not a siren. it just blasts it does not work at all,not even if you use a horn with multiple horns

I agree with kiop305, this mod was one of my favourites, but it needs to be updated for the 1.40 version.

PLEASE DO IT!!!
