Description
Introduction

Chernarus is experiencing a clash of world superpowers. The US Marines and Army are stuck in the south, Russian VDV and MSV in the north and plenty of insurgents in between. Your objective is to assist your faction with the conquest of the island, by completing difficult tasks and harrowing missions. As the armies of the world clash over towns and military installations, be vigilant of IEDs and suicide bombers -- they appear when you least expect them.

How To Play

Tasks are generated by the ALIVE interface. Press the Menu button on your keyboard and select automatic task generation, as well as the preferred hostile faction. The Combat Support menu is complete with transport, artillery and different types of CAS. Each faction's base has a correspondingly coloured flag. The flag allows for recruitment of AI, the spawning of vehicles and virtual arsenal.

Is there a way to have the original factions (CSAT AAF and NATO) instead of RHS AFRF, USAF and GREF ?

I would like to update it, with a functionality to choose the number of troops per faction. However, I can't find a way to hook up ALiVE module to multiplayer lobby parameters.

OH, another thing: do you have radios equipped? Some ALiVE functions require a radio to be equipped on your duder.

Yeah we pressed that a few times throughout the duration of playing and it didnt come up, we'll try again soon!

To open up the ALiVE menu, you press the menu key on your keyboard. It's directly left of your right CTRL and directly right of your left windows key.

Gotcha, after about an hour and a half of playing we actvated the AI module to see where all the AI were on the map and the BLUFOR section was just swarmed but there was only around 4 indipendent groups and around 5-6 RUSFOR units as well, so it would be nice to see it cranked up! Maybe add a "Higher Intensity" version to the workshop? Also maybe were doing something wrong, is it selected in gear or do Team Laders just have the ability to use it? Thanks for the reply!

Technically, all sides have the same intensity. But, considering you boys want more fighting, I'd be happy to crank it up. As for the automatic task generation, the ALiVE stuff takes some time to activate. Does it not show up after 5 minutes? You can check the second screenshot up at the discussion, that's the menu for task auto-generation.

Also, the intensity of BLUFOR units is awesome but there doesnt seem to be many RUSFOR units at all. Would be nice to see increased intensity for both RUSFOR and Indipendent, so it's more of an all out war. Thanks.
