Do you know what this library-mod does...?
Please enlighten me how and where HugsLib's functionality is base game and how it is redundant, as well as how what it does can be replicated so that mods which currently depend on it no longer have to.
Since everyone knows everything about modding, I'll leave open which part of the library I'm talking about.
Code examples are, of course, welcome.
Besides, anyone care explaining where this sudden hate for HugsLib is coming from?
As someone who made mods depending on it, I'm quite interested in any issues and concerns with the dependencies used, but without clear reasons to put in the (actually not as small as you think) work to replace HugsLib I, for example, am disinclined to do so for my mods.

If that does not work, you can also try a more radical way of deleting the "...\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\294100\" folder, this will force Steam to download all mods again - this may take a while depending on how many mods you have!
Just to make sure you aren't experiencing any issues with Steam refusing to update mods.
I really like to use Allow Tool and More Planning and they require this mod.
