Change the amount to loan you can take and the interest rate, refrence from the UK online bank data

Loan: $10000
Repayment Period : 4 Week
Interest rate (p.a.) : 3%

Loan: $50000
Repayment Period : 24 Week
Interest rate (p.a.) : 7%

Loan: $100000
Repayment Period : 52 Week
Interest rate (p.a.) : 6%

Loan: $200000
Repayment Period : 104 Week
Interest rate (p.a.) : 5%

Sorry guys but since I am not playing ETS2 anymore so there will be no update...
May play the game in the future and at that point i think I will try update the mod

@No! I change the interest rate to match the real world number and modify the money you can borrow, and for the typo in mod, maybe fix it in the next version, not a big deal LOL
