MRE Mod [Build 39]

Description
This will not work with Build 41 or IWBUMS Builds.

Adds MREs to the game and works with all mods. Spawns in some areas including the police station and a stockpile in the Gun Shop.

A MRE is a Meal Ready to Eat designed for the military. A single MRE can feed a fully grown male for 1 day.

I have managed to create a proof of concept & bug free gun mod that works with Build 41. I am now working to create new mods that will have more features. I will work on releasing them as soon as possible.

I've been working on it from time to time. I had it working for a little before another update broke the mod. I'm afraid that until build 41 is done I won't be able to release a stable update with new features for the MRE mod. It will happen, just waiting on the PZ Devs to work their magic. In the meantime there are a few things I can do now to release this mod sooner, so that is my current work load at the moment.
