Charon-class Light Frigate (Small Grid, 1:10 Scale)

Description
The Charon-class light frigate is an escort classification in the UNSC Navy. It is best suited for fleet escort duties and troop deployment.

History
The Charon has the most storage capacity of the three main Frigate designs, but fewer weapons and less armor than the Paris-class heavy frigate, and slower than the Stalwart, making it best suited for troop support rather than fleet support. It largely replaced the Berlin class frigate in this capacity. Not only able to easily perform in atmosphere, the Charon-class can airdrop supplies to ground forces.

Armament
Frigate MAC, Archer Missiles, Point Defense Guns

Equipment
Jump Drive, Assemblers, Supply Drop (ejectors)

Tactics
When fielded in larger numbers, Charon-class frigates can screen a formation, engaging Covenant frigates and destroyers while allowing more powerful UNSC destroyers and cruisers to focus fire on the larger Covenant cruisers and carriers.

To use this ship: Enter the cockpit on the "Bridge" and control directly. The ship can also be remotely controlled.

Bro I love your ships. I love the way you make them look like they're off the game. And I love how the Frigates are small grids so along side say a Halcyon or Marathon they are the same size as they would be irl right next to eachother.

Seeker: One, the game's loading time took a bit of a hit in recent updates, but it's largely the amount of mods I use. I'm working on slimming it down to 10

Well, guys, the problem is actually the no armor edges mod I used to use. It's conflicting with the new, updated textures. Just take it out of your world and maybe use the "clean armor" mod instead
