Replaces the Plumed Archer. The picture doesn't look too good, but ingame they look great :)

The units frames perfectly match up with the plumed archers, since the desgin is based off of it, so therefore it was really easy to set up. And I can't change the african archers only since all civs share the same archer line graphics. Perhaps I could change the Arbalest to use this skin so that it could be used by african civs, but then all civs will have african archers.
Bleh, I just didn't really care at the time :P

I tried changing the pictures ingame but it would'nt work properly and I never bothered with it since.

It s simple of do remplace a projectile with a projectile existing.
But you are right about the fact that it is the same female voice.
I have not used the feminine way of Malians.
