Hello, Paradox community, you might remember me from all that other Warhammer stuff in CK2, so here some Warhammer stuff for Stellaris, enjoy.

Animated Portrait Set
Animated portrait set for the Eldar, the space elves of Warhammer 40K.

Custom Namelist
Eldar and elvish sounding names for ships and rulers.

Custom starting system
A hard start in a small satellite (Craftworld), orbiting closer and closer to a black hole (Eye of Terror).

Custom Empire
Xenophobe, fanatic spiritualist Divine Mandate, using all the contents of this mod.
It is set as forbidden for AI use by default, but you can easily change this setting in game by following the instructions below.

Enabling for the AI
If you want to have the She'sesi be used by the AI as well, there's a very simple way to do that directly in game.

1) Go to the Empire selection screen (New Game).
2) Select the custom Empire added by the mod.
3) Click Edit.
4) Click Save.
5) Click Back.
6) Scroll up to the new Custom Empire you've just duplicated.
7) Click on the little eagle flag on the side of the Empire selection tab until it tells you "Empire Spawning Allowed".
8) That's all.

Compatibility

Pretty much everything. I'm not using any vanilla files, so it's very unlikely for something to conflict. I doubt this mod will conflit with anything at all.

I've updated the gameplay content from this mod (mostly the special starting system and custom empire) to work with Stellaris 3.0.* - you must still subscribe to this one for it to work.

I just love that these portraits are so much better than the vanilla humanoid elves. I wish I knew how to make one replace the other, just to clean things up.

May get some flak for this but here we go Elder here on this planet Heresy!!! get them out of my sight before I use my EXTERMINATUS upon them Or just kill them all so I don't have see them anymore.

As of current version of stellaris (2.3.1), this species mod is bugged. Using the eldar species will make your empire's leaders age to be around 67-84 same goes for recruiting them. Whereas other stable species (modded or vanilla) have their ages around 28-44.

This will make it impossible to have higher level leaders as they die too early. Is there any way to edit this species' parameters?

@Another Mook you're going to have to go through your mod list on your own, mod conflicts can get too complex for a single mod author to answer that kind of question

@Silfae Any chance of a Dark Eldar set?

Have you considered making an Imperium portrait mod? The only other one on the workshop hasn't updated in forever.
