On March 5th Vin said the mod is not dead, just go back a couple of pages in the comments. This mod has extremely well modelled weapons and scopes and the next update is adding a lot more guns so it probably takes quite a while to make them. They don't pump out junk like CUP does. Just realize that these people have normal lives like you and modding probably isn't their top priority right now.

@MuRaZorWitchKING Mod authors aren't active anymore, you can make any workshop mod a requirement for your mission. You only need permission if you want to edit or redistribute the mod.
