On popup appearing as you press button, you will see STEP-BY-STEP Instructions on how-to. Ofcourse this is only by assuming you have knowledge about templates and how-to save as DDS5 format.

As for putting your pictures back, open the .dds files with paint.net and then replace the pictures with your own.
As you seem to have done this already I assume you know how to do it.
This also another reason to keep any copies of changes you make to any mods.-

I had custom pictures on the frames but with the update my photos are gone, how can I put them back?

I think most of SiSL's accessories unlocks at lvl 2 but I'm not sure.

Mod is working in 1.50 apart from GPS and I have put a link to workshop in previous post below that fixes the issue in that I now have a GPS in dash.
