Description
PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT
This is a mod that was initially developed by Embershard. He and I are friends and after asking him, I have exclusive permission to keep his mods updated and provide modifications to it, such as balancing or mechanic changes. I would like to keep them close to how he created them, as I think they're great as is. Updates may be infrequent, but I'll do my best to keep them alive.

Description:
This block is intended as a quick attach/detach battery pod for use on fighters. The intention is to load these up, attached via merge blocks and when they get low during fighting or whatever, just fly back, drop off one set, pick up another and get back to the fight. The goal is to lower down time between being able to fight and refueling.

If you wanted to connect to a large/small grid, I'd suggest connectors. Merge block to the ship, so it's secure and safe, then have a connector on bottom. When you want to recharge it and drop it off, fly over, engage the connector, turn on recharge, unmerge from it, then fly off.

I geuss the problem I am having is how to recharge the battery once its dropped off. Even if you attach a merge block on both sides of the battery and drop it on top of other merge blocks it doesn't merge on the other side. You have to be in direct contact from the fighter to battery to the base like this:

FFFF <- Fighter
M <- Merge Block(s)
BBB <- Battery
M <- Merge Block(s)
SSSS <- Station

This is very difficult to pull off when merging from one small grid to another and is nearly impossible to do from small to large, but I'm not sure how you can get the recharge to work with these.

They might be missing some code that makes them function properly. If they're not, then you should just have to merge or attach them via connector and then switch them to recharge.

Do you have any demo video, or map, that illistrates how best to use these? I have been most successful using the torpedo mod's merge hardpoint, but I'm still not sure how to get these batteries into position to recharge.

UPDATE:
Balance has been reworked to more closely be akin to vanilla blocks.
Master Pack added at the end of all the updates.
More info to be added to the workshop descriptions after updates are done uploading.

I love you so much for redoing this. I use this in every small ship that I make.

@Anister, give me some time, I don't have an abundance of time, most of my free time has gone to trying to get these up.
