Get rich quick schemes for all couriers

A quick and dirty guide for any player to make some easy money!

Strategy 1 "i can stop when i want!"

Ok the first way to make obscene amounts of caps is the "i can stop when i want build", a build that focuses on building up luck (luck is a crucial stat for this strat, and is also a fantastic excuse to try crit builds)

-no matter what, min max to get at least 7-9 points in luck when building your S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats at the start of the game (thanks to a commentor, he pointed out if you get the luck implant for 4000, the naughty nightwear, and the lucky shades you can max out your luck at 7!)
-progress to Freeside
-sell any "useless" gear worth a decent amount (useless is defined by you, not me pal)
-go to the atomic wrangler, exchange caps for chips
-gamble at either slots (always bet max) or blackjack (bet max, and double down 80% of the time), slots gives bigger payouts but blackjack is more consistent
-after making around 5000 caps in profit you should get banned from the casino (don't worry you can still do everything else that inst gambling related) cash in your chips for caps at the desk
-DO NOT SPEND CAPS BEFORE SUBMITTING A CREDIT CHECK AT THE STRIP GATE
-make a beeline for Gomorrah, ignore Victors metal ass if you need to
-same thing as the Atomic Wrangler, exchange caps for chips, start gambling.
-after around 9000 you should get kicked out, in between then you can get a house prize of reinforced combat armor, which is amazing at low levels, remember to cash in your chips at their desk (again, you can still do things around the casino, just no gambling)
-head for either the Tops or The Ultra Luxe, it doesn't matter. (the Ultra Luxe doesn't have slot machines however, you are practically forced into blackjack)
-the Tops should kick you out after around 10000, remember to cash in your chips at their desk
-As mentioned before the Ultra-Luxe doesn't have slots, and has the highest "threshold" for robbing them blind at 15000, so it could be a bit longer, just break the bank, and cash your chips back in
-once you get kicked out of the the last casino, you should have at least a whopping 39000 caps to spend!
-for an additional 2000, if you complete "My Kind Of Town" in Primm, a squad of deserters should show up in the Vikki and Vance casino after a few days, deal with them and in another few days the casino should open up for business! here you can earn an additional 2000 caps!
TOTAL COUNT: MINIMUM 41000

Strategy 2. "Cave Escapade"

"But Azur! im already at level 30! i cant make another character i want caps now!" you may squeal, and i get it. so don't fret, i have another solution, while not as profitable it is a guaranteed way to make a healthy chunk of money. but it wont be easy. The only requirement is a maxed out lockpicking skill, and a soft requirement of fortune finder, a perk that increases the amount of caps found in world spawns

-to the northeast, just east of the Brotherhood Safehouse, is a location named "Bloodborne cave". its a medium sized dungeon that is INFESTED with Night-stalkers
-i recommend at the minimum a level 20 character, as the cave itself can be tough to get through and the amount of caps is affected by level.
-You should stumble across a "Very Hard" locked gate, behind it is the prize
-TELL YOUR COMPANIONS TO WAIT, there is a grenade trap inside that they and yourself can set off and blow you to smithereens
-pick the lock on the gate
-either disable or jump over the tripwire directly in front of the gate
-after clearing the tripwire, there should be a large container with an average lock, pick it
-inside should be a healthy stash of caps, legion coin, and NCR dollars. (note that the amount found is dependent on level and can be influenced by fortune finder. i have found as little as 4000 to as much as 11000 in here in caps alone)
-sell or exchange the faction currencies since they are borderline useless.
-walk away with a good amount of caps and some xp from all the Night Stalkers you killed
TOTAL TAKE: rng dependent. id say 4000-10000
(note, you can do this method without fighting any nightstalkers if you put points into "Animal Friend" if you choose!)

you can use a stealth boy to steal every weapon inside the silver rush and sell it to gunrunners

I will use a combination of these methods to obtain 20,000 caps as soon as possible. For my new, mostly unarmed build, I like having the sub dermal armor implant and the Embrace of the Mantis King! weapon.

also you can do dead money dlc if you have it make it out with all gold bars have perk that makes it to where you can fast travel while over weight load then stash the bars in a permanent safe then sell them off periodically when needing caps i think it totals 390,000 caps or somewhere around there

Repairing the nightkin minigun from novac quest (weapon repair kits can be crafted with junk items) and them selling at full condition gives a lot of caps too.

my strat is to unlock the gate behind gun runners and kill the guards for hunting rifles and combat armors. doesnt effect karma or stock refreshing and is an easy 6,000 caps every run. just don't kill issac hes good ;)

Low level:
1: Looting Van Graff store with stealth boy on
2: Loot Boomer armory seller with stealth boy
3: Snow globes, Mister House. Easy 6000 caps on your way to the Strip if you stop at Goodsprings cemetery, Folllowers outpost on Freeside and Lucky 38 bar.
Total take: Around 20.000.

Higher levels:
4: If you have Jury Rigging and Barter lvl 100 you can buy ballistic fists off crimson caravan and repair them with boxing gloves for a NET caps gain
5: Also for Jury Rigging and legion enemy chars, sleeping for a week and fighting legion assasination squads in the locations they spawn, then repairing their gear with pool cues and other cheap stuff and selling it
6: Another one for Jury Rigging, loot vault 34 armory, repair with cheaper gear.

the gambling method can also be done with as low as 7 luck, especially with the Naughty Nightwear (+1 luck) from Mick and Ralph's, and the luck implant from the New Vegas Medical Clinic, though the implant costs 4000 caps iirc and isn't really necessary as you can get consistent profit playing blackjack with 7 starting luck + the Naughty Nightwear. also you don't have to fight any nightstalkers in the cave if you have the Animal Friend perk.
