此模组为原版添加了类似与KR/KX的占领领土分配机制，所有在和平会议后，你拥有但不具有核心或宣称的地区，需要通过决议和事件来决定他们的命运（AI也会使用这些决议）


-自动转让宣称系统

-向自己的傀儡国索取宣称领土

-在同阵营中声索核心或宣称领土 (如果它们不是你的).

-给予傀儡国额外核心领土

-拆分国家 (例如东德和西德).

-也可以决定特定区域的拥有者，例如达尔马提亚、阿尔萨斯-洛林、萨伏伊等

-原版的专员辖区系统没有任何更改
