JBM Africa Ablaze Expansion

Description
This is an expansion to JBM Africa Ablaze and requires that mod.

This expansion adds additional armour and air assets and some other stuff to Africa Ablaze factions at the cost of increased mod requirements. I try to keep the main mod relatively mod light but this one will grow as it needs to. Some of the assets in this expansion might be old, buggy or incomplete but they are the best and often only models we have so it is what it is!

This first release adds:-

* (to Katanga) - Fouga Magister air support
* (to Portugal) - Alouette helicopters, Unimogs and Fiat G.91 air support
* (to South Africa) - Eland 90 armoured cars, Unimogs, Alouette helicopters and Mirage F1 strike aircraft
* (to Rhodesia) - Eland 90 armoured cars, Unimogs, Alouette helicopters and Lynx and Genet aircraft
* adds a new CIA Congo faction with T-28 aircraft and Swift patrol craft both manned by Cuban crews. These boats were historically used on Lake Tanganyika to interdict Simba arms shipments.

I've also fixed a few issues with the config of the ARMSCor mod Alouettes (detailed in the change notes), enjoy!

@Disco got ya. I thought you were pushing the full CLV_Armoured as a dependency instead.

youre missing the point - by setting the individual CLV mods as a dependency on your workshop listing, it forces people to download and use those mods.
if you dont download the necessary dependencies, the launcher will complain about missing mods
thats why i dont set dependencies for mods that have multiple choice like Niarms, CLV, Firewill, etc
it gives players the choice of running individual mods or running the AIO

@Disco is there actually a market for that?? It would add another 5 gig of mod downloads but bring nothing to the mod itself (none of the additional vehicles in the full CLV Armoured, Scimitars, Scorpions etc were used in the African conflicts covered). I'm not invested either way, it would be an easy change to make but is it pleasing more people than it would annoy? Curious about this.

i recommend removing the dependencies for the individual CLV vehicle mods. as some of us use the CLV Armored (all in one mod)
your dependency forces us to double download the same content
