Kaiserreich Osmanlı hikayesi, içerisinde ittihatçıları barındırmadığı için biz oyunculara her zaman eksik hissettirmiştir. Bu modun yapılma amacı bu eksiği kapatmaktır. Yapılan sub-modun hikayesi Kaiserreich evrenine göre uydurulmuş ve Cemal Paşa oyuna garip bir şekilde de olsa eklenmiştir.

Cemal Paşa'yı getirmek için eventler yardımıyla önce kendisini İsviçre'den ülkeye kabul etmeniz ardından ise normal bir şekilde Kaiserreich Osmanlı Fevzi Çakmak yoluna gitmeniz gerekiyor.
