The Conductor

Description
A steampunk snowman who likes to tinker with trains has found himself in the Spire.

Snowball Fight!
Conductor has access to Snowballs, which are Energy that retains between turns.
Some cards interact with Snowballs in special ways as well.

Hot and Cold
Conductor uses Temperature to his advantage.

He can make cards Hot and Cold, giving them card manipulation effects.
Singe is a poison-like effect, but it rewards building card manipulation engines instead of just being passive damage.
Chill is a powerful defensive option that makes enemies attack for less damage.

Clanking Out
Conductor tinkers with cards in multiple ways.

Brass increases Block and damage on cards for the rest of combat.
Conductor can Upgrade his cards more than once! Each card has a unique Upgrade tree.
Some cards have Gears, which can be increased to increase their effectiveness.
Clank cards are more powerful than normal, but have a Clank downside. Conductor can find ways to benefit from this downside though!

Christmas Cheer
Some cards give Holly, which is a resource that allows you to double play your next Attack or Skill once you accumulate 12 or more of it!

CHOO CHOO!
Conductor has many Train themed cards as well!

What is the exploit with Golden Ticket and Rockin Around?

Also I do not want to nerf interactions that can happen within the mod because of an interaction with a non-modded content that I have no control over and haven't balanced around. Since there are ways to copy cards in the game, nerfing Hats to not be able to be copied just because of a modded relic from a different mod doesn't seem fun or intuitive to the player. If you can describe what the exploit is with Golden Ticket though then I would be open to nerfing that.

So umm... if you have the Reliquary's Iridium Chain relic and you generate a Power card using a Gift upgraded to apply a hat, then you are allowed to perpetually gain copies of a power card forever with an "Ethereal" tag added with each use.

Is this something that can be addressed, such that copies of hatted cards generated during battle don't have hats? I found this strategy to be absurdly strong with Golden Tickets and Rockin' Around even before I encountered the exploit above.
